Hotel a poche centinaia di metri dal terminal, lo so raggiunge con una salita abbastanza ripida. L'edificio in stile baita ha camere con vista abbastanza grandi. La colazione è nel rooftop con vista a 360 gradi ed è decisamente completa: fette biscottate, marmellata e salumi, diversi succhi, yogurt naturale e alla fragola, uova, torte e macedonia.

La relación precio calidad, buscaba solo dónde pasar la noche y encima tenía estacionamiento a media cuadra! estaba limpio y para mi solo no necesito algo mas grande
que tuviese shampoo en el lugar

Lo mejor del hotel el desayuno y la vista del comedor
La habitación congelada, la respuesta fue que a las 19 hrs prendían la calefacción, pedí una estufa pero me dijeron que no tenían y solo me pasaron una frazada y cubrecama, tampoco tenían más almohadas y el colchón de la cama en mal estado

Very affordable option in the city for our overnight stay before transiting to Osorno. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and held our luggage for the day at no extra charge while we explored before leaving on our bus in the evening. A simple breakfast was included in the price which filled us up nicely.
The room and bathroom was quite dated and there was a musty smell but it didn't affect our stay overall.

Good value for the stay. Close to bus station and downtown. (Heads up though, it's at the top of a VERY steep hill if coming from the bus station).
Decent breakfast and comfy bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

the staff was really nice and helpful. it was a pretty quick walk into the center and to the bus station. the breakfast was good/normal as well.
could be a bit cleaner. I found some hairs here and there. and on the 6th floor it can get loud in the morning as breakfast is on the 7th floor and you can hear everyone above you walking and dragging chairs in and out.

I did not get the room I booked. I got a double bed instead of two twin beds.

It was clean, well priced, great breakfast, good staff, easy to get downtown & to the bus station & airport.
No negatives- it is an older property & we were happy with it.

a price was agreed upon when the booking was made online, yet I was unable to pay with a credit card at the time
when I arrived, on the last day I was leaving I was asked by the male receptionist to make an additional payment above and beyond the price agreed upon when the booking was made, which was about 80$ extra and they blamed booking.com when no other properties charged extra
put a sour end to an otherwise excellent trip

Location was ok, although I spent only one night there.
The installations are very old and the room wasn't very clean. I think you should consider changing the carpet and the wall paper, both look very dirty and unpleasant. Breakfast really poor.
