The location of the house is perfect, up the stairs from the street making it nice and quite, protected from crowds walking in front of you and yet with a very nice view from the balcony or terrace. It’s close to all of the beaches and restaurants.

only location was good. the room was tiny and the bed was old and noisy .the outside bathroom had no window and the extractor not working, very dump. Parking was impossible and we had to park 1 km away. Not very clean. Worst place ever.

The hosts Danielle and her family were brilliant. They could'nt have been more helpful. The location of the villa was superb. The view from the balcony was also lovely.

They room was very small. It could have done with a mirror on the wall for getting ready of an evening. Small things like a bin. Also a mop in the bathroom to clean up after a shower all small things that added up. The balcony was also small.

Incredible location right on the water front with a fantastic balcony view on the top floor. Very quiet and relaxing. Close to bars and restaurants and nice swimming spots. Daniela was very friendly and helpful and we will be back again. The gardens where very pretty all set on different levels.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Daniela and were made welcome by Daniela and her family. The property is great for views, location and reasonable prices. It is functional rather than luxury accommodation - but the terrace was very pretty with a nice outdoor kitchen - and our rooms were fine. There is a choice of restaurants and bars in Mlini, but we often walked to Srebreno for a greater choice - pleasant walk through a wooded park. The water taxi - North to Dubrovnik and South to Cavtat - was a really welcome option and we did both. Booked a walking tour in Dubrovnik old town and really enjoyed that. We used the beach near the Hotel Astoria. Sunbeds are 400 Kuna for the day each and a further 300 Kuna for a parasol. But we didn't mind if we were staying all day. The beachfront bar was a nice option for a small beer in the afternoon.

The property is up about 50 steps - but it is Croatia - and that's what you'll find in most resorts. There is a bar (Gusar) a couple of hundred yards away and they did have some live music one night until around midnight - it didn't disturb us particularly though..

Lovely location & views, and very friendly and helpful hosts! The facilities are quite basic, but clean and excellent value for money. Beautiful beaches are very close by!

Amazing views, amazing hosts, amazing value and amazing location. We had a lovely holiday here and really look forward to going back again soon.

shower facilities could be a bit more up to date, however for the price of the stay being so reasonable this did not matter at all. It did not have any significant impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

The location to the sea was fabulous. Our Hosts were AMAZING!!!! Enjoyed morning grapes and figs. The patio was really peaceful and serene. Loved the ability to line dry our clothes with the clothes pins. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, Thank You for helping to make our memories in Dubrovnik.

Location! Perfect central spot in quiet Mlini, beautiful swimming places all around, close to cafes, bars and restaurants. A short walk along the beach front to Srebreno where there is more nightlife and a large shopping mall with supermarket. Air conditioning in the room was very powerful and perfect at the end of a hot day. Kitchen had just about everything we needed for preparing meals. Everything was clean and well kept. The hosts (and their lovely dogs) were wonderful and so welcoming

We could have done with a desk in the room and possibly a bit more storage, but we were there for over a week.

The host was so friendly! He made me feel welcome and checked in on how it was going partway through. The room is very basic but it has a private bathroom that you have access to from the shared hallway, and a shared mini fridge and a shared kitchen out on the deck. The apartment is right on the water and has a beautiful deck where you can make dinners.

The WiFi didn't work very well in the room. I had to go outside to use it. The room is just that, it's a blank white room with a bed and one tiny window that did have a sea view if you stick your head out. It would have been nice to have some decorations in the room or a desk or table to put all my stuff.

We had a comfortable stay at a great location, the good: super friendly host, 3m walk to the beach, affordable, good beds, 10/15 minutes to Dubrovnik.

Not a very luxurious bathroom but it had everything we need. The bedroom had no dark curtains so lack of privacy and it meant waking up early. Rooms could be a bit less sober.

Mlini is perfect for visiting Dubrovnik und Guesthouse Daniela is a very good address for a stay. Lovely hosts ( we could leave our luggage the whole day, because our flight was in the evening), a kitchen and a shady terrace under a big olive tree. You go 2 min for the next bay for swimming and 1 min to good restaurants. So, it’s the right place for peaceful days, even in high season.

- excellent spot, in the middle of Mlini, Srebreno, Kupari beaches. All in walking distance - the room is cleaned and equipped with all the necessary materials - it has a kitchen where you can cook your own food - the staff were really helpful, friendly and caring

Great location, clean and spacious room, excellent terrace with seaview and last but not least helpful and friendly owners. We enjoyed our time there and hope to come back in the future.

This is a very good place if you want to enjoy Croatia and at the same time keep feeling like home! The views are excellent, a breakfast in the terrace is mandatory 😍 Their service is excellent and also their owners. They are super welcoming and friendly! We had some issues with the bus going to Split and they helped us with that too. 100% recommended!! 🙏🏻 (Ask for Mel Gibson. When you do it, you will understand why!)

The owners are very friendly and nice, the location is perfect. Our kids enjoyed in outdoor area, and the rooms were nice and clean. we would like to come again, thanks
