I had an booking but they overbooked, so I could not sleep there and I ariived late at night and could not find other place to sleep.

It’s right in the centre, the rooms are small, but workable, the shower was good.

Checkin was chaotic and the staff is semi-friendly.

Very good location in the city center, good breakfast and rather comfortable bed. If you are lucky you can get one of the 3 free street parking slots in front of the hotel.

Double standards for people booking through Booking - free overnight parking provided only when booking directly with the hotel. One of the ladies working in the reception has no idea how the parking is operating and in general, she misinformed us on almost anything we asked. Room has super small bathroom with broken hairdryer and shower without any curtains - everything is wet when you shower. Air conditioning can be and is switched on/off from the reception level. We needed to go downstairs twice to ask for switching it on, even though we have just picked up our room key from the reception. The ventilation in the room is basically a hole in the wall leading to the corridor. It was super loud when somebody was walking along the corridor.

We arrived at 1:30am and the hotel was able to receive us at this hour.

Super dirty. There was cockroach in the bathroom. The shower curtain is completely useless as you will get the bathroom all wet by taking a simple shower. The room is small and dirty, not ventilated. The reception gave me an air-con remote controller without battery (when I realised and wanted to change, she already went back to sleep) so I had to climb up and adjust the air-con by hand. Finally, the hotel insists charging me 21% IVA although I am non-resident foreigner - arguing that booking shows him a price with IVA. No wonder that we were the only guests at the place that day. Avoid as possible!!
