Beautiful view. Walk into St. John de Luz was not well marked and was a couple of miles. Getting a taxi from town back to our place was challenging. Short, nice walk into Guiterry where we had .lunch. Fabulous view over the parachuters to the sea. Nice good sized pool and beautiful landscaping. We had one of the two largest rooms. Some of the other rooms seemed nice but quite small.

Maps to St. John would have hel;lped. We got off course a lot but the locals were friendly. There was nothing we didn't like

very nice and cozy home, with really welcoming hosts. the house is located right by the sea and has an amazing view. there is always basque cake on supply ;)

our room was adjacent to the office and kitchen so we were woken up a bit early. Upstairs rooms are more quiet :)

Great breakfast but some people might want to eat earlier than 8,30.

Doors to bathroom hard to close without looking it. One room door hard to lock. You need a car to gey around, few buses or trains available in this region.

Nice Basque house able to house 15 people. Very close to the sea. Excellent breakfast. Staff was great.

We had a lovely time here! It is a beautiful house, the room was very comfortable, all the staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great - we like the long table, it is nice to meet some of your fellow guests. It was very relaxed, we felt very much at home. There is a large lounge with picture windows, and you can make coffee etc in the breakfast kitchen area at any time - there is a small fridge too, and a supply of cakes! The pool is magnificent, we enjoyed lounging in the sun after a swim and watching the colourful paragliders cliff soaring beyond the hedge. Our room was not huge but wasn't cramped, and had a sea and mountain view. I really liked the toiletries in the bathroom. We cycled into St Jean de Luz for dinner, swimming in the sea on the way. It is a nice, calm cycle route although the signage could be better. Cycling north another day, we got lost for a while, and it's not so pleasant a route. The gates have a code, and we felt our car and bikes were very secure in the car park area. We definitely hope to return!
