The property’s location was really great with the new K11 shopping centre being built right across the road. Furthermore, the staff’s etiquette as well as training goes above and beyond.

Because the hotel is world famous and many well known brands in the lobby, you often find groups of tourists in the lobby making it feel a little overcrowded. However, if you look past that the hotel is 100%.

The Peninsula is such a gorgeous hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Our room was stunning and beds...well let’s just say I’ve never slept so well in my life. Exceptional beds and bedding. I was there to celebrate my birthday with my daughter and the hotel were fabulous and even brought up a beautiful cake and card. Outstanding! We Hope to visit again for our next holiday.

We’ve stayed at every major hotel in Hong Kong, and The Peninsula has the best staff in the entire city!

The ‘King-sized Bed’ was two Twin Beds pushed together, and we could feel the crease between them. This is meant to be a 5 STAR Hotel, so we felt this was shocking. Sure, the rooms are small for the price, because it’s a comparatively ‘ancient’ hotel, but the bed situation felt like an unforgivable sin. Also, the breakfast orange juice was clearly made from disgusting concentrate, and the meal was set, rather than buffet or á la carte, without many exciting options.

The staff were kind and upgraded our room for maximum comfort. (Proof of excellent hotel management.) The dinner buffet was excellent, especially the tender ox tongue...(drooling) Thank you for preparing the mother's day cake for us! Had bath robes and cute slippers for kids.

The swimming pool was too cold, suggest to improve the heating system. The virus restriction was over but the sauna and SPA facilities was still closed. No breakfast buffet during our stay, even after virus restrictions were lifted. Facilities in the bathroom and SPA area were too old, suggest to invest in improvements. The hotel needs to provide more entertainment for children. (There was not much children could do in the hotel) Sadly the Peninsula umbrellas were sold out.
