Ресторан и персонал в ресторане просто отвратительны . 1. при заказе забывали приносить блюда 2. оооооочень долго несли еду и приносили холодной 🤷🏼‍♂️ 3. завтрак очень скудный , зачем то ставят 6 видов оливок ( видимо что бы казалось что много:)) 4. не всегда свежие круасаны 5. нет свежевыжатого сока 6. бассейн в спа был очень холодный 7. карточку которую нам дали не открывала Лондж бар на 11 этаже ( это к вопросу компетентности и внимательности персонала ) мы туда стучали ;))

AC, no sleep with this (cheap not cool enough) HVAC system Glad my reservation is for 1 day only, needed to test the sleeping quality before i extend. it is 3 AM and i still can’t sleep because of the cool-less air thats coming out of the AC, sleeping in the street is better than this “Hilton” where the guest cannot control the AC, Let alone having an “executive suite”.

We are vegetarian family. When we asked, they arranged special hot special breakfast for both mornings in addition to normal buffet breakfast. Very caring and courteous staff and management present there. Beautiful spa and swimming pool.

Our young children were disappointed that in gaming room everything including basic games were charged. We had car during our stay there. For people who wants to use public transport, it might not be very convenient location.

Location is great. Room comfort. Staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Fitness centre is amazing and clean. Rooms were soundproof from outer noises. Plenty of free private basement parking space.

Floors weren't cleaned properly, specially corners and edges. Shower head and knobs were worn out and old (Poorly maintained). TV remote was not working properly. Few staff who speaks basic English

The room was not clean from the previous residents, and it was not cleaned well, and there were some previous remains in the room, and it was not removed and cleaned, and I have pictures before using the room. If you want i will send it

swimming pool, the location is right by a park and small mall which hold a game centre for the family but not the most central at Osmangazi station.

Room with amazing view, lounge with more views, the staff, breakfast.

Maybe it is a little far from the city center.

It really is a wonderful hotel. I visit Bursa 3 times a year for a long time and have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel has no equal in Bursa. I do not miss to thank all the staff at the breakfast restaurant for the magnificence of what they gave us.
