very poor service in restaurant (very poor English skills, poor quality of food for a dinner, even you have to wait very long hours for food), lack of mini bar in the room, lack of tea and water in the room; a bottle of water in the room costs Euro 4.75, capsule coffee machine in the room, one capsule costs Euro 2.5, misleading information regarding a car parking places (on Booking there is info that a car parking place is free, in practice it costs Euro 9 per day); SPA is working only till 7 pm; staff at reception and restaurant is not nice; Russian guests in the hotel; I’ve visited a lot of top 5 stars hotels in the Alps in top locations and this hotel is definitely not worth to visit if you are looking for great hospitality, top food and high quality of services; avoid this place also if you not German or Russian speaking guests;

It was our big dog, Kudu’s first holiday and they helped us so much to accomodate us and our boy. Even served us breakfast and dinner in a dog friendly area where we could control him

What a beautiful hotel! Me and my daughter of 10 stayed for a week in the summer. 2020. The room was perfect, big, comfy, cleaned 2-3 times per day. The pools are very clean and worm. And what a view! The biggest surprise was the food and the service. 7 course dinner, my daughter could choose from the same beautiful dishes and was not restricted to the kids menu. Very tasty and beautiful decorated, 5 stars. The ober was serving just 2 tables, so you get all the attention, just blink with your eyes. Yoga and sports are daily. Had our first MTB tour with personal guide from the hotel. Rafting was arranged by the staff. Haircut for my daughter. Advise about trips. Have the car parked. Is the first time that I could rest completely and everything was taken care! We can’t wait to return this Christmas!
