Espaço do quarto, atendimento, tudo impecável

Atendimento de todos os funcionários foi um diferencial - desde a recepção ao Bar. Vista do restaurante muito bonita. Hotel pé na areia. Garçons nos servem na praia. Muitas opções de pratos. Quarto espaçoso com varanda aconchegante. Hotel tem jardim muito bonito com ambiente familiar. Café da manhã excelente, com inúmeras opções de tapioca que é feita na hora.

Localização na praia deixa a desejar, pois a faixa de areia tem muitas pedras. Não é a melhor opção para tomar banho de mar. É necessário caminhar por cerca de 2 km para encontrar um ponto na praia com areia sem pedras. O mar é bravo e só dá para banho no momento da maré mais baixa. Travesseiros são um pouco duros, tive dificuldade de me adaptar.

The hotel is located right at the beach on a quiet location. It has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the day, which is super convenient and fair priced. The staff is super friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure you're having a great time at the hotel. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would definitely return and/or recommend Vila Coqueiros to friends and family.

Breakfasts are delicious: Good coffee, followed by a tableful of assorted pastries and a refrigerated case full of fresh fruits and juices. This is followed by an adjacent cooking area for made-to-order eggs or omelets and our new favorite: sweet or savory tapioca wraps. Highly recommend ordering at least one wrap with sautéed banana and Nutella. Staff are friendly, helpful and gently outgoing to all the guests. This Cumbuco beach location provides ample opportunities to watch the Kite Surfers going back and forth and jumping over the rolling waves. Kite Surfing Instruction is available for those so inclined. The hotel provides helpful information to access the local Dune Buggy rides. These rides can be customized to accommodate various levels of thrill. Hold on tight and wear your cap backwards to prevent it from falling off.

Very well located in a quiet spot by the beach. Breakfast is nice and the restaurant in general is quite decent. We stayed in two different rooms: one with side sea view and another with front side view. We liked the side sea view way more, as it is bigger and quieter.

The room with front sea view is just over the pool, where music is played until around 6 pm. So, this room is not quiet. Also, people in the pool and in the bar can see the inside of the room.

Does not look like the pictures on the leisure area. Swimming pool is very small, the beach area could be more confortable. The hostel is very compact and can be very noisy.

Everything. We stayed in the hotel last March and we had a great impression from the start. The staff, management were super helpful and accommodating. It first time staying in Cumbuco and we will most definitely come back for the wind surf classes. The Hotel breakfast is excellent!! Great room, interior decor is amazing..and place is super relaxing right on the beach. .very Impressed..great get away place. Special thanks to Deirdre for being super pleasant and for all the restaurant recommendations!! Highly recomennd Vila Coqueiros

Great location and staff

The hotel lacks a general maintenance. It is poorly cleaned and mantained. Our bedroom walls and curtains were moldy, leaving the room with a moldy smell. Our bedsheets were not changed at anytime during our 6 nights stay, as well aside of the fact that the fitted sheet had a hole. The garden needs more care since you visibly see bits of garbage in between the plants. The swimming pool is filthy and not properly cleaned. The images on the website or in booking.com do not comply with the real state of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful which we have noticed that they are trying their best to keep up with all within their capacity.
