المكان نظيف جدا ومريح ولكن السرير لم يكن مريح بالشكل المناسب لي ولكن كان جيد المرافق ممتازه نادي الاطفال والعاب مائيه وشاطئ نظيف للغايه موظفون كانوا مبتسمين ورائعين ومرحبين

الإفطار بالنسبه لنا العرب كان محدود جدا اسعار المطاعم مبالغ جدا فيها طلبت غسيل ملابس سريع ولكن للأسف اخبروني انه لا يمكن غسيلها في نفس اليوم المكان بعيد جدا عن الخدمات

Smaller sized resort with a quiet feel. Beautiful facilities in general- except for the breakfast restaurant Comfortable renovated room in our wing Given all the downsides, would be good for a quick week end getaway

1) The food in general is really subpar and undermines the whole experience- especially the breakfast. Not a 5-star standard … but at 5-star price! 2) The service is not great. People are not unpleasant but there is a surprising lack of professionalism, especially for restaurant (slow service, breakfast restaurant overwhelmed and not cleaned) and cleaning the room (used glasses or spoon never replaced). The tour desk was lacking responsiveness and unhelpful in providing guidance. There was also minimal info on activities (we arrived on wednesday morning, we only got to learn about the programming on saturday with a proactive distribution of leaflets at breakfast). 3) The location - 15 min and about 500baht grab ride to some activities and restaurants like Turtle village. Given the bad food options on site, it gets expensive and limiting after a while. Interesting that we almost never saw the managers during our 6-day stay.

Отличные удобные номера, вкусные завтраки (спасибо за яйца пашот), красивая территория, приветливый персонал, классная детская аквазона и клуб. Для детей до 7ми лет еда в рестораназ бесплатно при заказе для взрослого.

На пляже, к сожалению, много мусора и его плохо убирают. Супердорогой массаж в отеле. В детском бассейне кусачие многоножки, но тут непонятно, это ли плюс или минус. Вода без огромной кучи химии

I would like to start by saying that our stay at the resort was truly exceptional, and I want to acknowledge the excellence in every aspect of our experience. The reception staff were prompt, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Housekeeping was both efficient and friendly. Room service was fast, attentive, and always warm. The restaurant staff were courteous, warm, and very prompt. The team at the kids’ play club was simply outstanding. We did not encounter a single area of service that required any improvement. I would like to mention names of some of the staff working here and thank you for the experience. Kids club - Opal, May , Pai , Nim , Wii Restaurant - Cream , Mai , Noolek, Fang , Mod , Bank, Nutty , Ae. Aslo the house keeping and room service staff .. don’t know their names but they were very good as well. Lastly MATT, your leadership reflects on the service at the resort . Keep it going mate . You are truly an asset to the resort . It was one of our best holidays and it is thanks to all your guys .

Peaceful and relaxing Hotel

Nice and spacious hotel with everything you need . It is so near the airport and away from all these traffic jam.

Escogimos este hotel porque íbamos a pasar solo dos días en Phuket y lo queríamos al lado del aeropuerto. Si quieres explorar la isla, quizás no sea la mejor opción, pero para aprovechar tus días en Phuket antes de coger un vuelo, tranquilamente, disfrutando de la piscina, y demás, está bien. Nos pilló el tiempo fatal pero pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, el parque de bolas infantil, que está bastante bien y además comer en los restaurantes del hotel, que, aunque no es igual que la comida de la calle en cuanto a precio (más cara), está bastante bien.

El tiempo que nos hizo durante nuestra estancia. Además la playa de enfrente es la playa con más basura que he visto en toda mi vida... pero esto ya no es problema del hotel..
