Peaceful and relaxing Hotel

Nice and spacious hotel with everything you need . It is so near the airport and away from all these traffic jam.

I would like to start by saying that our stay at the resort was truly exceptional, and I want to acknowledge the excellence in every aspect of our experience. The reception staff were prompt, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Housekeeping was both efficient and friendly. Room service was fast, attentive, and always warm. The restaurant staff were courteous, warm, and very prompt. The team at the kids’ play club was simply outstanding. We did not encounter a single area of service that required any improvement. I would like to mention names of some of the staff working here and thank you for the experience. Kids club - Opal, May , Pai , Nim , Wii Restaurant - Cream , Mai , Noolek, Fang , Mod , Bank, Nutty , Ae. Aslo the house keeping and room service staff .. don’t know their names but they were very good as well. Lastly MATT, your leadership reflects on the service at the resort . Keep it going mate . You are truly an asset to the resort . It was one of our best holidays and it is thanks to all your guys .

Escogimos este hotel porque íbamos a pasar solo dos días en Phuket y lo queríamos al lado del aeropuerto. Si quieres explorar la isla, quizás no sea la mejor opción, pero para aprovechar tus días en Phuket antes de coger un vuelo, tranquilamente, disfrutando de la piscina, y demás, está bien. Nos pilló el tiempo fatal pero pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, el parque de bolas infantil, que está bastante bien y además comer en los restaurantes del hotel, que, aunque no es igual que la comida de la calle en cuanto a precio (más cara), está bastante bien.

El tiempo que nos hizo durante nuestra estancia. Además la playa de enfrente es la playa con más basura que he visto en toda mi vida... pero esto ya no es problema del hotel..

The flies are everywhere in the reception and restaurant. Uncovered walkway to restaurant and other facilities which extremely inconvenience during raining season

Everything! I used to stay here as cabin crew before. This hotel is just perfect. Has Everything and comfort is beyond expectations. The beach outfront is amazing and beautiful sunsets. Spa is good but not great. I had better experiences in top notch spas, they have space for improvement. But there is great massage place just next to hotel, outdoors, 500 bat 1hr.

Its not allowed to smoke at the bar outside. Not sure why since it is open area and its a bar not a restaurant. People always enjoy cigarette with a drink. This rule should be removed. Food and drinks are bit overpriced for Thailand. They could ease up on prices a bit since eating and drinking inside for a family is not really cheap. There are options to eat outside but for convenience would be better to keep guests inside.

The hotel is tucked away along the coast and when you arrive you’re struck by the architecture, beauty, newness and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We upgraded our room to the family suite which was fantastic having a separate bunk bed room for the kids and also their friends to hang out in. The pools were well maintained and kids enjoyed the slides and underwater scooters for rent. The kids club was great - spacious, indoor slides and ball pit which even the tweens could enjoy.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, so you need to rely on taxis (preferably local) to get around. The hotel beach view was stunning but a pity about all the trash/debris which gets washed up along the beach (obviously not hotels fault, but sad to see). Dinners at the hotel were average compared to the rest of the hotel.

Perfect option for family so calmness location breakfast have many options, the rooms was clean What I don't like there is no beach activity and not allowed for swimming because the high waves, no varity options for restaurants

The break fast was good, Loved the Vegemite. And variety of cultures foods.

Would of liked more yogurt/smoothy options Omelettes need to be cooked more. And option of sliced tomatoes. Granola Did need a spot to rest your plate when waiting for toast and to add jam butter etc

المكان جدا جميل و عائلي درجة اولى .. نادي الاطفال كبير و شرح و مرتب .. و من عمر 4 ممكن يكون الطفل لحاله بدون مرافق و اقل لازم مع احد كبير .. و فيه خدمه الحاضنة تجلس مع الطفل بمبلغ 35 او 40 ريال تقريبا للساعه .. لكن لازم حجز قبل بوقت ..

مكان المنتجع بعيد عن الفعاليات .. فقط

L’établissement est grand les espaces sont joliment fait, les équipement qualitatifs , la taille de la chambre et le confort de la literie

C’est trop loin de tout, a mon arrivée il y avait une carte de vœux destiné a une autre personne, le menage non récemment fait et n’a pas été fait non plus pendant mon séjour, j’ai aussi demandé a changer mes serviettes mais personne n’est venu

المكان جميل جدًا مكثت فيه يوم ولو علمت قبل موعد السفر لمكثت فيه يومين جميل ورائع جدًا. السعر مرتفع قليلا عندما علم الموظف رحلتي الفجر جهز لي وجبات الأفطار

كل شيء قد تواجهة مشكلة إذا كانت رحلتك من الساعة العاشرة ليلا إلى الساعة الثامن صباحًا في الحصول للتكسي لكن الفندق يوفر لك بعض التكاسي عن طريقة بعض العاملين وهذا حل في الأخير ، لأن بولت وقراب تحلها ولو تأخر فقط ست دقائق عدد.

I recently stayed at the Le Meridien Phuket Hotel for four days and had an exceptional experience. The kids club was the best I have ever seen, providing engaging activities for children. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The pool facilities were amazing, with both an adult infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a kid-friendly pool with shallow water and fun water slides. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities for children. Additionally, the breakfast was lovely, and the beachside restaurant was simply amazing.

Honestly nothing i can think of at the moment.

New hotel so everything was new, local massage booth provided by locals.

- Food: No options for Halal food need to advertised and mention it for ppl who seek that option especially location is far from any restaurants and hotel food is basically the only option - we had some mis-understanding with the receptionist while checking-in and they start talking thai to each others which is not polite especially things where concerning us. - A lot of Russian which is fine as everyone is minding his business however this needs to be mentioned before arranging the booking so we will know what to expect, as 95% of guests where Russian and the hotel made specific Breakfast and a la carte menu containing Russian dishes feels we traveled to Russia instead of thailand. Last but not least: since location is isolated they can arrange some entertainment shuttle bus ect…

Gorgeous property, beautiful rooms! Breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand. Baby cot and baby amenities were great. Really enjoyed our stay and the front desk manager is such a wonderful woman.

Ordering food was quite hard, and very limited options.

Its family friendly and exceptionally beautiful, with direct access to the beach. So many free activities for my kids we wish we stayed longer. The staff was just amazing, thank you Taung the reception manager for al that you did for me and the family

Breakfast was excellent. I have coeliac, lots of gluten free options. All public areas clean and well maintained. Family hotel, good kids club and kids pools.

The room was full of humidity which made the floors wet. Feet were grubby off the floors. When checking out the manager said this could have been sorted out. The staff were very helpful. Also the hotel was refurbished,not new and you could see this by the sinks, fittings etc. It looked a much larger hotel than what it really was.

Beautiful setting. Pristine clean. Facilities were great including a very good indoor kids club. Management were excellent.

Service at beach kitchen was slow. The menu at beach kitchen was Italian only which was disappointing. Thai food was only available at reception which wasn’t as nice. There were offers that were not well advertised so we missed them. Very few places to venture to on foot apart from the report itself.
