What in amazing experience from top to bottom. Jackie and her staff are absolutely the difference makers and there is no special requests unfulfilled. The accommodation are only 6 well appointed and thought out guestrooms with every creature comfort you would expect from a five-star boutique anywhere in the world. Not only do you have one of the most magnificent views, and a wonderful beach, to watch surfers, and the four-legged friends but the main dining/lounge and ocean front patio offer a setting that instantly sets you at ease. We were so pleased with our stay at the last word, and are excited to return in the future. amazing location, great quality, friendly staff, good food too incl great breakfast, very cosy. we travel a lot (over 50% of the year- work and leisure) and are privileged to often be in great places. Last Word high on our list!

stunning beach front location,

Disappointed with the room, as it was very tired in certain areas for example, bathroom shower needed re grouting wash hand basin tap loose, bathtub plug rusty, cupboards and woodwork chipped some decorations stained Bad smell outside our room number 2 ( drains) Although the quality of the food was excellent the menu was the same for both nights also no wine buckets so warm wine and also only water bottles put on the table this was also warm. Although breakfast was good there was no breakfast menu and only realised as we were leaving the table that a cooked hot breakfast option was available. service was a bit hap hazard

A beautiful guesthouse right on the beach with exceptional staff and beautiful rooms. The breakfast and dinner included in our stay was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast and supper was amazing. The food was delicious and we were served on our own balcony with the most beautiful table setting and view. The location is impeccable. You have a full view of the beach and ocean from almost anywhere in the room, you can see the ocean, hear it & smell it. The staff are amazing, service with a smile. They make you feel welcome from arrival to departure.

Breakfast was beautifully presented. Dinner in our room was superbly served by the gentleman (Name escapes me) Kim is consistently obliging and pleasant. Location is sublime.

Gluten-free and sourdough bread would be a welcome addition to bread options and a larger variety of herbal tea options. In a 2 night stay the dinner option could be changed in order to create variety.

Wow! Everything is amazing. Kim And her staff are incredible. The food is not the best but the service, delivery and willingness to assist is out of this world and makes the mediocre bits totally forgivable! Ot mentioning it as I like knowing before hand. They made me a sandwich when I arrived early and a cheese platter with wine as a snack.

The view was absolutely amazing from my room and the service impeccable. There is a mama who has been with the place for 20 plus yrs and she really took great care of me. Service was out of this world. Much appreciated

Breakfast and Dinner was amazing especially their starter. Sunset at the beach also waking up to the waves by the sea. It was a relaxing weekend.
