We stayed 2 nights in the rooms on the ground floor located on the park side. Our room was very comfortable and it was very advantageous to be close to the spa area. They have created a very pleasant environment from lighting to decoration. All area of the hotel is very clean. Thanks for the cleaning team. Breakfast was nice. Spa area was great. We spent two days just here, sunbathing against the canal and using the sauna. We left there happy. A place we will go again!

The restaurant of the hotel did not make us happy at all. The service was good but the foods was very bad. The prices of the restaurants in the area are generally high. According to the vibe of the hotels restaurant and location, I could say that the prices are normal, but when the meals arrived, we thought that they did not deserve these prices at all. 1. The schnitzel was not cooked good. It was like they bought a frozen schnitzel from the supermarket and heated it in a pan. 2. bacon wrapped pork. There was a bad taste from something inside. I found one slice mushroom inside if it, suprise. 3. They have Big cola :) Hot and acid-free cola arrived in a really big glass. 4. After this bad experience, we preferred to eat other places.

The spa is beautiful, great view and they are being considered of the new corona standards. The different types of pillows, were super comfortable! I also enjoyed the breakfast (it was served at the table rather than a buffet), I just wished for them to ask what one like as most breakfast items were savoury and I usually prefer a sweet breakfast.

Very friendly staff, everybody! Good food in the restaurant. The food is not cheap, but worth the money. Quite rooms and a small but nice Spa-Area. And the cubes to relax are really great.

The Bircher Müsli is more a Mango-Müsli.
