Great location, easy to contact hosts and everything as described in the apartment. There was a lift for those less able and stairs with lights for night time. Staff @ A.R were great, and were happy to offer late checkout if they had no other bookings.

We had booked two apartments, next to each other. Unfortunately on the day of arrival, we were informed one of them had a technical fault and we'd have to stay elsewhere for 1 night. This was handled very well by the staff - who booked us a place down the road for the 1 night and sorted it all out swiftly. Shower pressure was very low, but water was hot.

Everything went pretty well with our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very central. The apartment has AC, a dishwasher and well equipped kitchen. there is an elevator in the building. Communication was good, keys were left in a secure lock and check in/out were smooth. Short walk to the metro and there are plenty of bars / restaurants in the neighborhood.

We had booked an apartment for 8 people for 4 nights, on the day of our arrival after the check in time has passed and we had not yet received the codes for getting our keys I contacted the host who informed us that the boiler was broken in our apartment and that they could not fix it so they have redirected us in two separate apartments. Consider that we were 8 adults and each apartment had only one bedroom so 4 of us had to sleep in the living room. Furthermore the comunication with the host was terrible, they do not answer o the phone number reported on booking and you can only contact them by booking chat, in which you also receive automatic messages not related to the conversation. It's not my first time in Budapest and I assure you can find accomodation with a much better customer service for your stay.

The apartment is located right in the city center, which was perfect for us - a group of friends travelling for leisure. The building where the apartment is located is also very nice, with a nice architecture. The apartment is spacious, the rooms are tall, the kitchen was well equipped, the wifi worked well.

The very central location comes with a price, the rooms facing the street were pretty noisy at night. The apartment was not as clean as we would have expected. The kitchen floor was kind of sticky (I suppose it was cleaned with a mop that was quite dirty) and that was a bit annoying. Also, behind the beds and in the bathroom corners you could see that the cleaning was quite superficial. But the most annoying part was that in the main bathroom (the one with shower and toilet) there seems to be a problem with the shower or the sink drain as after using the water (in the shower or in the sink) there was water on the floor. We "solved" this issue by using a mop after each shower.

Really good service and quick answers through the Booking.com app. Really couldn’t have been better. Location was very central and in a nice street.

Well, the apartment didn’t really live up to the expectations we had. We were aware that we wouldn’t get the apartment in the pictures, but the one we got looked NOTHING like the really nice and quite luxurious place in the pictures. We can work with that, but the description said 2 bathrooms, while the apartment only had 1 room with a toilet and 1 bathroom without a toilet, with latters bath being very impractical and quite difficult to take a shower in, as it wasn’t possible to stand up while doing so.

Property was very dirty, whole house smelt like mould, bathroom had a lot of mould in it, a/c did not work , fridge door did not close, very poor wifi, kitchen window did not close, kitchen blind did not close, photos on booking.com where not for the property I stayed in

Clean apartment with all the amenities. It apartment was in the 3rd floor but had a lift which was convenient with the luggage. The location was fantastic..very central to the sights n metro....we had a range of food options any direction we headed. The host were helpful and prompt.

The actual apartment looked nothing like the pictures...the photos looks like a duplex flat with a nice splash of colour in the upholstery around the apartment. The actual apartment is great, but on a single level and just so completely different so what you see is not what you get. Also none of the rooms had any locks, thus while there were 3 separate bedrooms...there was no real privacy as anyone could walk in at anytime, including toilet n bathroom..no latches at all in the entire apartment except the main door. Elderly people may find the modern lower furniture n bed a bit difficult to sit n get up.

The apartment is definitely not suitable for a family with small children as it is necessary to go up many stairs. the elevator will only take you to the 3rd floor and then you have to go up the stairs to the attic. the apartment is already quite worn. a very complicated way to get to the apartment. even a technically proficient person takes at least half an hour for the first time. And also a very complicated method of payment. And very noisy place.

No free parking spaces around the house

We didn’t get the apartment on the picture. The glass doors were annoying. And we couldn’t sleep at night from a private party upstairs and the drunks on the street. I don’t think anyone stayed in the flat for a while so we had to air it. It wasn’t super clean.

The location, style and comfort were all very high value. The entryway and courtyard were very beautiful and really made us feel like we were in Budapest.

Location was excellent, close to city attractions and main shopping streets. Communication with host was easy and information provided were helpful. There were parking and garage near-by. Apartment is spacious.

Apartment was big enough for 8 people, but not very comfortable, especially if you are traveling with two families. Bathrooms have glass doors which do not have possibility to lock them. Also, these doors do not provide any privacy. Toilet is next to dining table. Sofa in living room is not comfortable for sleeping - not even for two children and certainly not for adults. There was a lot of dust on the chandeliers as well as some mold in the bathroom - cleanliness is not at the expected level.

Great location. The flat is clean and the beds comfortable.

When we arrived in the flat we noticed that the flat was not in good conditions: there was a broken window in one of the bedroom, kitchen cupdoors could not be closed, a door was punched and the bathroom smelled strongly (sewers and mold). We were accused of having damaged the door after we left. Pictures of the flat are a lot nicer than reality (newly refurnished, duplex and great decoration) i was told i got what I booked. "Your apartment is a 2 bedrooms apartment with balcony, excellent condition"...
