Location was excellent, despite not having a car could easily walk to the shops. Loadshedding was hardly noticeable thanks to the inverter... a Godsend!

The doors need a bit of maintenance - we thought a door was locked, but was just really tricky to open :). Also, the bathroom and bedroom doors don't close flush, and are knocked about in the doorjambs - but only on a windy night.

We were a group of friends staying in one of the Chalets. The property was incredibly spacious and clean. We didn’t need to bring any utensils or cleaning supplies. It was already provided. The location is walking distance from supermarkets and fast food outlets. The host was super friendly and helpful.

The location is exceptional. Great security, clam and relaxing area, and the sunflower villa is a superb family home away from home. Great facility and everything well thought of and provided, including a braai area, adequate crockery, cleaning materials, insecticides etc etc and the house is extremely spacious .

Amazingly comfortable place to stay. Short walk to shopping center. Safe parking and secure cottages.

The shower in the second bathroom is very small and claustrophobic, we used the other big, modern shower.

The unit was well appointed, clean and spacious. The main lights are available during load shedding.

During load shedding there was no facility to even just boil up a cup of water. Unfortunately I was not aware that the area have many hours of outages, instead of the 2 hour slots I am used to. Much as one is aware that this is something out of the control of the establishment, I would recommend at least having a small gas stove available somewhere.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and cosy.

Spacious, lovely, clean apartment. Swimming pool. Tranquil private garden with lush vegetation and exotic birds that sing all day. Very safe area to walk around. 2 minutes walk from local shopping mall which has everything you may need. Excellent location, close to Rosebank with great restaurants. Beautiful parks nearby. You won't be afraid of Johannesburg if you stay here. I have visited Johannesburg 15 times and this is the best experience I have had and will stay here whenever I come again. Plus Jamie the proprietor is a top bloke who will help with anything you want. Don't be afraid of visiting Johannesburg. If you stay here you will come back.
