Check in and check out was easy.

Almost everything. The hotel was beat up and worn. The furniture (all in bad condition), bathroom (chipped tub, dirt facet), broken lobby door handles, 2 floors with broken ice makers, and more.

THE ROOMS WERE FANTASTIC, SPACIOUS, COSY AND CONDUSIVE FOR DOING WORK ON YOUR LAPTAPS. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH THE VARIETY OF OPTIONS - ESPECIALLY LIKED THE SALAD. THE BEACH WAS VERY MAJESTICS WITH THIER VERY UNIQUE WHITE SANDS WHICH GAVE THE BEACH AN EXOTIC LOOK.

the room service app was not working to order dinner and the person on the phone taking the order had no knowledge of the meals available and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by querying the options.

This was our 6 or 7 stay & love everything about the property

The small shop is closing down, which is a shame as it was handy & convenient

Housekeeping was a bit chaotic- 2 days room was not made up, 2 days was made up after 5pm. First choice of meal in restaurants not available on two occasions. Sometimes service was very slow ( over 30 mins just to get a menu )

Close to beach

Unmotivated staff service very slow and at times non existent. Constant drilling for building works was disappointing.

Very dated and shabby. Poor check in procedures - I had to wait four hours and not even offered a drink of water! Lots of people arrived after me were allocated rooms. The plug in the bath didn’t work. The TV remote didn’t work. There were only paper cups in the rooms for tea and coffee. I paid £500 per night for a solo occupancy and no food or drinks included. Terrible experience

The property is in a beautiful location but needs a lot of standard maintenance (not Caribbean Maintenance). The wear and tear was noticeable in every area of the property.

Wonderful location with private beaches, a historic fortress and two separate pools.

It was a long way from any shops or restaurants and the hotel looks dated

Room was nice

No vegan options, rude room service, housekeeping taking my clothes and bug spray that were in a drawer the first night of my stay! Be careful of your belongings because housekeeping literally took my clothes.

Quick service, friendly staff

The rooms did not get cleaned till late afternoon.

The location is perfect and the amenities were excellent. The room was sizable enough and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The floorplan is also very open and perfect for the area.

I liked that they had different pools to accommodate kids and adults, I also liked the private beach area where my kids could swim. The room was always cleaned in a timely manner and smelt great

The restaurants were highly overpriced especially the Lighthouse. The breakfast was not worth the money at all
