Location and noise due to early morning food delivery service

It was so clean

Heathers were terrible; they did not work first day; we had our 1 year old daughter with us it was a big problem Berlin is cold in March as you can guess! It was impossible to reach the host about the problem. we also try to call the numbers left in the aparment as an emergency contact but he barely understands English and did not know the apartment ask about adress postal code etc. we could not understand how he is relevant with the apartment. Wi-fi is also bad; whole house designed to save more money like frequently internet outage. Heathers were working according to a schedule but they were not working the first day at all and no one helps us.

The room was ready in the morning and the collection of the keys was easy! We had a parking space in the back which was great! The apartment Nr. 9 is spacious, large windows, comfy beds, kitchenette with everything you need and a seating area. The room was very clean. Stylish furniture. We will be back:)!

When entering the room there was a smell of smoke, we think it was because the windows are to the streets and down there people were smoking and the thick curtains collect the smoke throughout the time. The location is not the best, not very quiet, located in a lively area with a big road in front of it.

Parking space in the middle of Berlin, Extremely good access, convenient for visiting Mitte, clear instruction for picking up keys, quiet and safe. It is from now on my favorite spot, I think!

a coffee machine with capsules is clean and practical in this case, I would recommend it. Otherwise, top.

The bed was comfortable. The apartment was stylish.

The master bedroom has big gaps between shades so street lamp and other lights shines right through. Lamp over the table in the kitches wasn’t working. We would welcome some extra hangers in the bathroom. There were only wall hanger suitable for 3 towels max. Shower head was really dirty, also mold was there. It needs extra care. The kitchen doesn’t have any sponge or soap. So you cannot wash small things. We missed oil and coffee in the kitchen. Street was noisy in the master bedroom.

It was a terrible apartment. The window of the bedroom look onto a busy road which was very noisy. Right under the window there is a drink shop with load people, and so on.... Not recommended if you want to sleep at night.

we liked the easy access and that apartment has dedicated parking spot, that there were enough towels and shampoos for 4 persons.

The apartment stated tha one bedroom has single and double bed - not true, it has two singles. Other bedroom has queen bed, but the mattresses are different heights so it feels like separate beds. The bathroom is quite clean and functioning, but the shower should be checked. As well as it seems that the bathroom heater was never cleaned so on our stay a massive clog of dust fell out of it.

The geografical situation is perfect: a direct shuttle from Tegel airport comes to the metro station located 150m from the appartment. The appartment is big and nicely decorated in baroc style, all necessary equipments are provided even an ironing board and different types of glasses. It's calme at night and we fully appreciated blackout curtains, it's quite rare outside hotels. Even single beds were very large.

The quality of the matresses was surprisingly poor. We felt each spring. I think we could see them through the sheets... If you have a sore back or you are a skinny person, that may become a real problem. However, a simple matress topper would solve the problem. There are all sizes in Ikea. If this point is solved by the landlord, next time we come to Berlin (we come regularly), we'll always book this appartment!
