En el check in llegue alas 5 pm cuando el check in es alas 3 y aún no tenían mi habitación lista

The pool is small and lack maintenance, water was not clean enough, people there just don't follow rules, and there are no staff to make them follow.

the personal writes me on the day we are arriving that they canceled my booking because my card was declined, even if I was supposed to pay there. once a confirmation is done and a couple of days before, no one should be allowed to cancel the reservation, that is what a confirmation is for. otherwise we are talking about unserious establishment that cannot be trusted.

Everything!!!! Super friendly staff....hotel is very nice, updated & clean....Rooms are a good size and come equipped with comfortable beds and a big screen TV

The location

The gym had a Brocken treadmill and no space to work out in, even for one person. The rooms were old and worn out, in need of renovation.

Great view of the lagoon. Comfortable bed. Nice receptionist.

Bathroom was a bit dated and shabby.

The shower drain was cloged, and it didnt had enough pressure in the water pipe.
