The location was great, right next to their famous event stadium in Taipei. On the right side of the main entrance is connected to a mall that has everything from clothing to snacks and food. it was pretty close to everything that we needed to get to. There are parks and other food courts around the area within 15 minutes of walking distance. bus stop is 3 to 4 mins of walking. The concierge was super helpful. There's also a 7/11 behind the hotel, it's tuck away, so ask the front desk.

they charge for local calls in the room, be aware. The decor of the hotel rooms were dated. The bed were super hard to sleep on. The front desk wasn't so helpful at times. their combo of shower and bathtub was so high to get into, if you have bad knees/hips, be careful of falling.

The quadruple room was fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable, modern, and allowed for a cozy family time. Also gave us a free early checkin to accommodate us during the typhoon weather.

Location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the Taipei Arena metro station which made it easy to travel around Taipei. Room was large and spacious, with a humongous bathroom (plus sleek mirror and bathtub!). Room was clean and comfortable.

Our room did not have any windows facing outside, so if you desperately need sunlight into your room you'd have to reconsider. Price was on the steeper end but given the good location in Taipei it is probably still worth it.

The pillows were very hard at first then becomes extremely soft and my head shrinks inside the pillow overtime. Aircon in the room is not cold enough. Breakfast options could be better with vegan and halal options.

pool needs severe maintenance and revisting of the rules. Swimming cap mandatory is a bit ridiculous. Some staff was short with me over the phone in regards to language barrier and the room service options. If you are to cater to an international crowd, it is normal to have the understanding that some guests will not understand either English nor Mandarin.

Location is good, easy access for public transportation (MRT, public bus, Taxi etc)

Location- located in between 2 MRT stations on the green line, Taipei Arena & Nanjing Fuxing. If you coming from the MRT and carrying luggage, alight at Taipei Arena, take exit 1 as the elevator is nearer. There is also Family Mart and 7-11 along the way to the hotel from the MRT which is useful to grab some quick bites/snack if you are arriving late at night. If you alight at Nanjing Fuxing, take exit 6. The hotel is about 5-8 mins walk from either of these two stations. The area feels like a mini central business district with many offices nearby so expect crowds of people during morning and evening rush hour. The area feels quite safe and quiet, even at night. Rooms- spacious & clean. The rooms are soundproof which helps. Staff- Awesome!😊It was my brother's birthday and we did not inform the staff but received a surprise birthday cake from them. They were also quite friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, if you are looking for a comfortable stay with convenient location while you spend the rest of the day exploring Taipei, I recommend this place.

1) hotel equipments are dated, 2) ground floor Dinning area , is only limited to breakfast, lunch, dinner dinners , it would be nice to be able to have a coffee and cake with friends there

The hotel room is nice and clean beyond my expectation.

my only complaint is the swimming pool facility does not have a fast spin dryer which is necessary for room guests who wants to swim every day. I have to cut my 6 days reservation short and move to another hotel that has a swimming pool and spin dryer.
