Everything! Super well located, amazing staff. I had a really good time there. A big hug to the members of the staff, especially to Evelyn, Angie and Matias. They are great.

Nothing to mention

First of all I would like to say that a staff member that's probably in charge on the receptionists came and talked to us and also gave us a refund, that was very appreciated, however, I cannot not write the mishaps that have happened.

1. We were charged for a room of 8 people when in fact, there were 12 people in the room (for that we got a refund, they said that they changed it on booking 2 months ago, don't know but I would check if I'm not being overcharged) 2. A staff member from some reason decided to give my bed to someone else, so they took my stuff that were spread on my bed and put in a bag and moved it to the storage. 3. The bed where I slept was significantly less tall than the other beds, to the point where I couldn't even sit on the bed (my head would touch the bed above me and I had to lean over forward).

Very helpful staff and a great location. Enjoyed doing admin and drinking wine on the sunny patio area.

Very helpful and nice people, easy to access, with a place to relax and kitchen to prepare food. I liked the vibe of this place.

The lockers aren't the biggest and some without the possibility of closing, the room felt a bit too crowded when all guests were in.

Excellent place. Great staff, chill atmosphere, comfy beds, clean bedrooms, good kitchen - all you might need in a hostel can be found here!

Breakfast was very poor

The most modern and clean washrooms I've seen in South America. The kitchen was fully fitted, and great common areas. Fantastic location

the location not far from city center by walk. street quiet at night. restaurants and shops available

just a fan in the room, no clim. we had the room giving on the corridor, so always with people passing to go in kitchen, bathroom etc.
