the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice

there were a group of teenagers hanging around all of the time and they were still making noise at 4 am. I think they were staying in the apartments.

Loved the easy booking, location and convenience of the motel. Definitely value for money and staff were accomodating and approachable.

Only a couple of downsides, not a deal breaker but to note if considering staying here. The doona on the bed was clean but stained. The pool was not clean enough to get into which was a tiny bit disappointing as we were there on a 30+ degrees weekend and extra towels/pillows would be great.

was great nice and clean and was very up to date in terms of renovations,

personaly felt the mattress was overly soft with not alot of actual support still not bad, but we do all have different preferances.

the tiles in the were cracked and the shower leaked badly and we would be concerned about water damage behind the tiles

close to town, reception staff were friendly, beds were clean.

I’m sad to write this as I don’t often write negative reviews but this place was pretty unacceptable really. I don’t know if we just got a bad apartment there was a really weird smell in one of the bedrooms, the curtains were all falling off the rails and could not close, there was a huge wad of chewed bubble gum stuck to the back of the front door and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. there was no heating except for an old school radiant heater in the living area. Not suitable for a family.

there was no aircon so cold room . Room had a musty smell . there was no milk in fridge for a cup of tea . There was no shampoos or conditioner in bathroom .
