A very good business hotel. It isn't all that luxurious but it's a great hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay in Yogyakarta while visiting the surrounding temples. Staff is very friendly and truly there to help.

Location is not ideal. Although to be fair Yogyakarta is just a sprawling chaotic city and I still struggle to understand where the ideal location would be. Value for money is not the hotel's strongest point.

The hospitality of staff is exceptional. They all smile and always ready to help. The breakfast is just outstanding with a lot of options.

The room is not soundproof as we can hear people walking and door closing outside.

All staff were very friendly and humble. The indoor kids' play area was very organised and clean. The room was spacious but can be maintained better. Housekeeping was also very good and did a good job. Their breakfast variety was a good spread. Everyday, for a week, they offered different dishes.

The view for the room was supposed to be mountain view but we received a pool view. It would have been better if the view was right.

lots of fine ants in room like bathroom and near the carpet. they left tooth paste/soap mark on the bathroom counter

no bathtub … we always stay at the hotel which complete with bathtub for 5 star hotel
