Propreté de l’établissement et jolie architecture

Dès mon arrivée je suis mal accueilli par le personnel et cela tout au long de mon séjour seulement deux personnes de l’établissement parler anglais ce qui était très compliqué pour moi et ma mère. Je précise qu’à mon départ personne n’est venu récupérer nos bagages, je leurs avais signalé dès mon arrivée que je quitterais la chambre à 15 h 30 et à 12 h ma chambre était bloqué et j’ai était reçu par un homme non courtois à l’accueil qui ne parlais pas un mot d’anglais pour lui demander d’accéder à ma chambre afin que je puisse faire mes bagages. La Clim ne fonctionnait pas j’ai du les contacter pour que le personnel viennent la changer et le coffre aussi. Et pour finir ils m’avait donner le mauvais bracelet donc aucun guide pour les français nous a aider tout au long de ce séjour jusqu’au dernier jour. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cette hôtel et je le conseille à personne.

Location and garden setting. We stayed here to go to Olympus mountain. Still a drive but close enough. Close enough to the motorway without the noise. View to the snowed peaks of the mountain. The pool looked great although closed since it was December. Right on top of the beach with a long promenade along way. Perfect for long walks by the beach. Terrace of our room towards nearby fields and with side view to the sea. Very peaceful and pretty. Staff very nice. Wouldn't mind going back during summer.

Rooms could do with some renovation. The buffets (dinner and breakfast) could be of better quality too. Beach as other people mentioned was not very clean and quite narrow. Again was december so maybe in season is better. Giving a lower rating due to the buffets and the dated rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located in front of the beach. Staff were polite, attentive and friendly. Parking was easy.

Breakfast was quite basic. There was variety but average quality. There was no: - fresh milk, neither full fat nor low fat. - fresh orange juice. - no decaf coffee There was only one option of: - omelette with cheese and turkey. No vegetarian option. - fruit: banana. Mini golf course was very neglected and the hotel only had one club available. There was no elevator to the first floor. Too many ants in the room.

The room (especially the suite) was great. The hotel looks great. Friendly staff. Good food. Beach is next to the hotel. Good price. I would come here again.

I did’t like the ‘all-inclusive-people’: running around in the buffet restaurant because they were afraid of not getting enough food, while there was enough for everyone, of course. It’s better to rent a bike and go to the village to eat at a fish restaurant. It’s a little bit silly to ask €6 for a beach umbrella and two beach beds. It supposed to be free for hotel guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and loved the wrap around balcony to sit out. Food was very good with good choice.

Location wise quite difficult to get around unless you hired a car. A shuttle bus took you to Leptokaria Town, but not back, but a lovely walk along front. Train station is handy, but 2.5 miles from resort. Unfortunately we had very excessive noise below us, which was slightly annoying, as we were actually placed in a nice area.
