The hotel has lots of amenities for children. Our toddler was very happy at the outside playground and petting zoo during feeding times. The indoor playrooms were also nice, just maybe a little outdated, some toys and old books could use a makeover. There is a possibility to leave your kids at the 'Kindergarten' daycare, but our toddler was too young for that. The underground tunnel to the Therme is also a big plus, it is very practical especially if you go back and forth several times a day. The Therme itself was great for kids of all ages, we enjoyed it a lot! The food and service in the restaurant were good, nothing to complain about.

You can't lock the room door from inside, which is quite inconvenient when traveling with adventurous toddlers like ours. He saw the playground right outside our window and immediately ran out of the room. We caught up with him at the parking lot. After asking at reception they dismantled the electronic lock so we could lock it with a key. Apparently we were the first ones with this problem, which seems odd at a hotel for (smaller) children. The other negative point was that the play area in the restaurant was very small with very few toys/books/etc and in a bad spot right next to the door to a staircase.

The facilities for kids are awesome. Great outdoor playground, animals and nice kids club with indoor playground.

There is no clear concept for the hotel yet. It changed the name last year to Xylophon, but you can still find a lot of things from the previous Hotel Semi. The missing AC can be a big issue, as the building heats up a lot and is difficult to cool down during the night. Not the cleanest impression overall.

The property was close to the Therme, it’s only bonus. Outdoor and indoor playground area for the kids were lovely.

It felt like this was a “normal” hotel that tried to pretend to be a “kids hotel”. We have stayed in a few kids hotels and the facilities were much better in other places. There was one elevator! One elevator for families with kids, strollers, luggage. Rooms were not kids friendly. For all inclusive, food was poor, both in terms of quantity and quality. Lunch had no dessert - kids favorite thing. Portions were small and choice limited. Afternoon snack included a small piece of cake and that was it. We had to leave the room at 11:00 yet had lunch included, so had to “linger” in the lobby for an hour. The link to the spa was moldy and stinky. No air conditioning. For this price, we would not choose this hotel again.
