The road was louder than expected. Next time will reserve a room in the back of the house.

Nothing! If you’re a light sleeper then the queen room is closest to the road so there’s a little traffic noise.

Beautiful property in a lovely suburb of SanJose! Wonderful room, clean and spacious and surrounded by beautiful arts. Breakfast was amazing!

Spacious place with lovely outdoor seating areas in the lush garden. Access to tea and coffee making facilities.

...the place has an eco and artistic environment, which is very nice and matches the surroundings. Just hearing the birds in the morning is amazing!

... there is coffee corner which is like in the inner patio, if you are staying in the second floor, it is not accessible, in particular in the evenings. The place could offer a TV in the room and toiletries.

1. Good location and convenient. Walking distance to center of the town and restaurants. About 7-10mins walking distance, there is store to get SIM card. 2. Safety. Must use key to open entrance door, in and out. Security Parking and Wifi is good. 3. Garden is beautiful. 4. Host is nice. And, people who work here is a nice lady. On the 1st day, we got here. The host gave me direction how to get the Sim Card which is the 1st item I need to have. 5. King room is comfortable. The size of the room is good with high ceiling. And it is located on the 2nd floor. I stayed here 3 nights. It is a mini fridge in the room. No air conditioning, but the ceiling fan works well. Everyday they provide room service. The room was always clean when we were back. 6. Price is reasonable. Definitely, I will come back when I am in Escazu.

I still can hear the sound from the road when big trucks were passing. But, in the middle of night, not much car passes.

The place is top quality and beautiful and the location was perfect. The shower was incredible and the view was a dream to wake up to in the mornings. Highly recommend it if you don't mind not having a kitchen.

The room was small and there was no kitchen, fridge or even a microwave. I've been to many B&Bs that have all of these and that makes staying there much better.

the owners is very nice and chatty

we did not get the room we had booked without any warning or explanation, so in the end felt like a downgrade from a balcony with a hammock to dark ground floor room

They were very flexibles and comprehensive, they really did everything to make my stay the easiest and the smoothest possible, i have really appreciated their help! Thank you Valery, Otto and the rest of the team. - Rooms are amazingly comfortable, beds and pillows are heaven and you wake up only to the sounds of the birds. No noise from the road or anything, very peaceful and quiet! - Hot water for the shower, highly appreciated +++ - A fridge and kitchen accessible to store some food and snacks. - A nice and very peaceful garden.

I loved everything.

I have stayed in luxury properties and all sorts of boutique hotels and unique places in the world. This is a gem, hidden find, a beautiful magical place with incredible beds and sheets! Super sweet people and place. I’ll stay here every time I am in San Jose. I was so blessed to find it.

The street noise

it was lovely with cloth napkins and table cloths. felt very nourished and nurtured.

I liked it all and could see how I would enjoy a lawn chair for the yard to sun bath a bit. lol

Everything was outstanding. From the hospitality to the rooms. Can’t recommend highly enough. Would definitely return.
