I thought the parking was abit tight when you got a 4wd its hard to try & reverse your car into your parking space

Despite the fact that the hotel is getting fixed due to the big storm a year ago and the lack of personnel, it is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Good location.

Parking is a bit tight, allowing only one car inside.

We have stayed here several times and find it a very comfortable place to stay with excellent location and views.

Dated and suffering from cyclone damage to the complex.

The apartment was very well kept, clean and appliances and equipment are in good working order.

I was there for 3 nights but toilet rolls and bin liners were only for 2 nights, I had to approach the housekeeper who gave us the extra supplies. My suggestion is, if visitors had booked for 3 or more nights. There should be sufficient supplies in the apartment.

We appreciated that we were not able to get one of the units we wanted, and were necessarily moved to a different unit, due to the delays in repairing cyclone damage. The location was superb, and the unit we had, had an excellent layout with plenty of space and a carport at the door, which was very convenient. Kalbarri is a fantastic place, stunning scenery, beautiful coastline, lots of amazing walks, excellent signage, and several stand-out attractions like the skywalk.

The unit (#17) needs refurbishment. The taps in the basin in the toilet need replacing; much of the crockery was chipped; the griller door on the oven didn't close; the kitchen bin cupboard didn't close; bedrooms lights were poor and some need replacing so they are effective quickly; there was a washing machine but no dryer; mugs were heavily stained; there was a marked/dirty towel left in the bathroom when we arrived; no tea towels or bathmats when we arrived; ceiling badly marked above dining table; the kitchen tap sprays everywhere; oven very slow to cook and would warrant replacement given the griller door is permanently ajar too - it looks old. The shower recess was not clean on arrival. We were disappointed not to ever see anyone - we arrived and collected our keys from a box and returned them there. There was no personal touch for a country town, which is something we value. We received messages that the pool was out of action.

Great Location, walking distance to everything in town. Friendly owners who take great pride in maintaining the apartments and surrounding facilities. The apartment was very clean, we had a great stay.
