For a short stay it is s good value for money. Location is not central but not too far from center. Parking was available. Breakfast was OK.

Most of the staff were friendly and tried hard to please but the are limited by a very run down hotel which does not put customers first.
The hotel is shabby. Given a room on the fourth floor which was quite run down until the power blew...had to change to a room on the third floor in the dark (the room was substantially better...we wondered why we were not given it from the start). The breakfast was appalling. The hotel photos show a buffet breakfast, instead we were offered a choice of about 5 items...all options bad. There was a coffee machine which had no coffee but the hotel did not seem interested in replenishing it. There was some cordial. The staff said when they are not busy, they don't offer a buffet breakfast. You pay the same but don't quite get what others get. This is not acceptable. The hotel is a long way from the centre.

Bottom sheet wasnt a full size single sheet so didn’t actually cover the bed
TV was from the 80s and picture black and white
there was a dead cockroach under the bed
Shower had no curtain so bathroom basically a wet room ( and did get very wet)

The staff was polite, there was a parking space. The location was the reason I booked it, because it is in close proximity to the house we wanted to visit.
The bathroom had technical issues and there was water on the floor after using the shower. There was only one face towel for two people, only one bedside table for the bouble bed. The mattress was in bad condition.

The shower was broken, so you cannot take a shower, and only can hold the hose and wash.

There's smoking area on every floor, the elevator works.
The curtains have wholes on it and the overall impression was very poor. Room is not properly clean, everything old. The matress is uncomfortable.

It was like entering a time capsule. Well, for me that was actually an interesting experience. :) The hotel looks like from the communist era - few tings reminded me of that - the elevator, the bed duvet, the bathroom. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The room is quite comfortable and the best part was the price. I also liked that the hotel is relatively close to the Main Train Station in Plovdiv, so it is quite convenient, if you are going to hit the road the next day. Also, there is a big supermarket in the area, where you can buy some good products for a comfortable night (check for "Billa"). There seems to be a restaurant, but I haven't tried it, since that night there was a some sort of a private party, but it looked interesting. I can recommend the hotel without hesitation, especially if you are looking for a stay on budget.
The TV remote wasn't working properly and very few channels available, even though that's not a big deal for me. The bathroom accumulated some lime scale here and - it would be nice to be removed - it doesn't looks good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
The room was dusty and the toilet seat was not clean. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The food was of very poor quality.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I always stay here. Nice position, free parking, good WiFi on all 6 floors. Spacious rooms.
The breakfast is very simple. Have to take my own tea bags. The hotel has recently lost its pool table, but has a new massage chair and table hockey.
