Certains membres du personnel pas très patient et pas souriant, le matin après nettoyage la piscine n’était pas très propre une bonne pellicule de crème solaire à la surface, dommage.

Le personnel a l’accueil, malgré l’heure très tardive, un personnel très aimable, attentif, disponible en un mot très accueillant. À vrai dire, au bar, au restaurant ou dans les étages le personnel a été vraiment professionnel.

One thing I really love is your breakfast specially the coffee, I wish you keep serving breakfast in this facility. Also I love the proximity of the water , the only think I dislike was the smell of the sea weeds, it was too strong. Beside that everything was perfect. Thanks again

The hotel is safe and the beach area is nice

Overpriced for what you get. No assistance with luggage to your room. Air conditioning and water went off during the night. Cats everywhere at breakfast.

Breakfast was fine.

Lack of English being spoken by staff. Although Guadeloupe is French speaking country, English is international language. As we did not speak French it was difficult to ask for simple details as we found only concierge spoke some English. Hotel itself could benefit from refurbishment. Thank you

Close to port (catching a cruise next day)

Too much sargassum seaweed. I realize it's not their fault but there wasn't any effort at removal. Entire resort smelled as a result.

very nice beach, close to the port, good breakfasts, staff was very friendly

we have met only three people of the staff who speaks english which was difficult for us to communicate with them (we dont spreak french). The equipment was quit old and deckchairs should be replaced with new ones. Many things should be renewed.

I was looking for a place to stay before flying back home, this hotel seemed clean, safe, and affordable. It actually exceeded my expectations! The place was well managed, the room was clean and quiet, easy access to the restaurants, services, the pool, and the beach... Breakfast was available, nothing fancy but still enjoyable. Some shops and restaurants around. The supermarket was accessible on foot. I think it's a great place if you want to enjoy the sun, relax by the ocean, and do no housework. I do recommend and I would go back!

Property very outdated in dire need of refurbishment. Very cold check in and welcome at the reception. If you are not on a full board,it is impossible to get anything to eat between breakfast and 7pm.Even then,if you haven’t booked the hotel restaurant chances are you will not be eating. Pizza and burger place within walking distance so we had really heavy,late dinners throughout our stay
