The room was large for a ski establishment. Only less than 5 minutes walk from the Valley lift. Breakfast was buffet style, with some cooked options. The range of foods for breakfast was very good.
Icould not fault the hotel, the staff, most of whom were family members.

they gave special New Year’s Eve menu, and dinner is excellent so I recommend half board. Not very well suited for vegans/lactose intolerant so you have to tell the hotel in advance
when I told the reception I can t have dairy the lady said it was my problem and I have to tell the restaurant which was rude, other than that great location and food. suggest they change the breakfast menu every now and then and include fresh fruit and vegan yogurt and milk

The staff was extremely attentive. From the moment I did my check in and received details for ski schools/equipment/slopes, to the moment I checked out and chatted for half an hour with the owners. Next time I visit 2 Alps will for sure check them out as my first option.
I can tell that my room had not been cleaned in while because I found a contact lens in the floor while looking for something I dropped.

The price is really great for the room I got. They were really big. Breakfast was nice, and the staff was really kind and helpfull.
Great place to stay, also the underground parking is perfect.
Hot water only lasts about 5 minutes

I got to hang-out with the three kick-ass Italian Skier brothers that run Jam Session.
It is all about the Passion...

Staff is exceptional. Very clean hotel in the upper town. Huge parking. Fantastic view from solarium.
Door tags "do not distub" would help if you want to sleep and avoid cleaning staff trying several times to enter the room while you are still sleeping.
