Nice space for 3 persons and very roomy bath room met our expectations

noise from the traffic of cars and trucks during the night - double or triple glazing of windows would be appreciated. Pan and some items were missing and cooking patties in a sauce pan for three is not what one's expectancy

I loved the feel of home it provided, beds were comfy, 2 toilets, soft carpet under foot was beautiful, our children asked if we could take the house home with us 😆 great cost we had 6 of us and still had space for one more in the hotel room, it's hard to find good cheap accomodations that sleep 6-7 people, this place definitely ticks that box.

I wished the separate toilet was downstairs to accompany the bed and living that is downstairs, And the neighbors I could hear talking through the wall, it wasn't loud but wish there was more sound proving between the units. But those were really a nit pick of complaints, I will definitely recommend them and if I go back to that area of Auckland I will stay there again that's for sure.

Easy booking and check in.

Bathroom fans run for a time after you turn off switch. Noisy and could hear upstairs unit’s fans running repeatedly after each persons shower late at night.

Modern, had a/c unit, full selection of sky channels, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

Didn't get milk, laundry facilities were not big enough quantity of guests, other guests were very loud and congregated outside our room.

Location

The room needed updating everything was tired. Too many smokers that lived there could not go outside without it stinking of cigarette smoke. Parking was difficult to access as well

The location is awesome, it's an easy relaxing situation.
