I loved everything about this property! The staff, the chef, the food, my room, parking = perfection!

If I’m being super-picky, no air conditioning in warm weather made it a bit hard to sleep.

wonderfully comfortable hotel with a slightly more old feel to it which is no bad thing. Excellent food from the bib gourmand awarded restaurant. great breakfast and friendly service with parking immediately outside the property. We’ve been before.

Outstanding accomodation a little outside the large town of Kappel Rodeck. Great walking opportunities and very good facilities. staff were excellent. Very accomodating - letting me borrow an iron and ironing board.

No air conditioning in a stifling summer.

Surrounded by vineyards the location and atmosphere were very appealing, the room was very clean & the beds comfortable. The dinning room an outdoor areas were "traditional" but appealing nevertheless.

We were attracted by the fact the owner once worked in a three star michelin restaurant, so we expected great food. The food was "ok" but by no means exceptional. The wine menu was almost to big, We had to turn to page 135 to find wines that were below 30 Euros a bottle, in the end settling for a wine produced from the vineyard immediately surrounding the hotel and less than 30 euros ! which was excellent.
