We loved everything about our stay, the property is so luxurious and thoughtfully designed right down to the last detail. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Marrakesh but only a short taxi or shuttle bus if you want to explore there.
We loved our room, we had a 2-bed villa which had a beautiful pool and terrace area. Everything is clean, well maintained and faultless. I wish we had been able to stay for longer!
Also the staff are incredible, very helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend to anybody!

Its beautiful, lush garden, main pool is nice in the sun, rooms are big. Breakfast is great. Staff is very nice.
There is only two shuttles a day going to the medina. A Third one midday would make it better.

People, design, restaurants and the breakfast
A bit far for those who would like to explore Marrakech. It requires taxi trips in between. We has a car, and it was a perfect experience

Lovely place to stay. The resort, gardens & pools are beautiful & immaculate. All the staff & services are exceptional. Very stylish in an old moroccan building. Traditional mint tea was served on arrival which we thought was a nice touch. Our favourite was spending time at the rooftop bar in the evening.
A limited menu in the restaurant for vegans. They could make use of the cozy English bar more by offering snacks / nibbles throughout the day.

Tea on arrival when our room was not yet ready. Three pool areas which are stunning and relaxing. Exceptional service from friendly staff members, especially the barman Assiraj. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Beautiful large room with air-conditioning and mini bar. We loved that there was a free shuttle to the medina but we did not avail of it as we could not leave this paradise.
Our booking was cancelled by the hotel due to problems with pre-payment which caused some stress the day before our arrival and when we called, we were instructed to create a new booking online. Thankfully, there was still availability.
Our wonderful experience from arrival to departure greatly outweighs this issue we had.

The filthiness, especially in the breakfast restaurant where birds and flies are all over the buffet tables.

Responsive customer service
Booked and expected a double bed, but got 2 single beds joined together. The shower water was stagnant and not draining. WiFi was also awful.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Tigmiza. We stayed in one of their villas which was beautiful and peaceful. The hotel grounds were perfect to relax in and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
The only faults were that on one of the nights we called room service to light our fireplace for us but they didn’t arrive till around an hour later, by this time we had decided to go to bed instead.

it's a beautiful property, but unfortunately some furniture is broken and posed a health hazard to us
a chair in the restaurant broke and i fell on my head --> upon further investigation, it turned out that several more chairs were either close to breaking or glued together after previously breaking --> staff took zero action after several complaints and a promised follow-up / reimbursement was never done
