Breakfast great

Convenience to N Antrim Coast.

Room in annexe overlooking road - noise from traffic all night, especially when needing to keep window open for ventilation whilst sleeping.

Everything was excellent. Rooms were very clean. Great selection available for breakfast.

Breakfast and Dinner was excellant with good choice on menu. Room was warm and plenty of space.

shower gel attached to wall was hard to squeeze . not enough milk and coffee/tea sachets in room. No bottle of water in room which i feel is good to have if need to take medication etc.

The location was perfect, the breakfast and dinner were great.

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Roomy lounge & bar. All areas decorated very attractively & clean. Large free car park. The Hotel is located close to the town, a supermarket & in easy reach of some of Northern Irelands’ main tourist attractions.

Although the lounge & bar areas were well decorated & modern, our bedroom accommodation needed upgrading. The bathroom had no separate shower cubicle. There was a shower over the bath with shower curtain. There was also a very primitive lift system from the ground floor to the upper level.

So happy and enjoyable weekend staff worked so hard and were very friendly can't wait to go again

Have been a few times now and have never been disappointed, staff are all so friendly from managers to cleaners. Also brilliant food and entertainment

Spacious,clean and comfortable room. Great facilities. Impressive bar and restaurant. Looks luxurious as soon as you enter the hotel.

Toilet roll was of poor quality.

Ground floor

All the staff were so polite and conducted themselves in very professional manner couldnt fault our stay from the time we arrived to the time we left.

Overall environment was friendly and welcoming and breakfast was lovely. The hotel was very homely and the room was clean. Check in was quick and easy although hair dryer could be upgraded

Facilities were beautiful and spacious. Service was fantastic. Food was excellent. Receptionist were welcoming. Wifi was good. Shower was effective but it could have been more powerful. Water temperatures were nice and comfortable.

There was dust at the top of the door frame in the bathroom and mirror. The headlights above the bed were different colours. The bath was difficult to stand in as the bath's floor was not flat.
