Very clean, bright, roomy superior studio. Value for money. Unexpectedly warm & cosy without the need to use the heater considering it was a very cold & windy night in town.

very friendly and helpful staff. she helped us to book a tour at very last minute. She woke up early to book. close to a supermarket and front of the beach.
The wifi was weak at times and get disconnected depending on where you are in the room.

We really like winnie(person who look after the place), she was so nice during our stay even though we check in quite late and called her really late as well but she guided us very politely....and next morning with a beautiful smile she wished us good morning😊

We come to paihia often .. and have stayed at Averill court a few times now .. each stay has been better than the next we got a free room upgraded because it was a quiet weekend . the motel manager it very polite and presented with a smile every time we saw her, she allowed us to park our trailer by our room aswell. our room had all amenities and was nicely heated with a heater in each room . Very tidy place with pool , spa , and bbq area .. perfect little spot for the familys.
