The facility and the location in addition to the staff.
While the Radisson Blu boasts a beautiful facility and friendly staff, my recent stay in room 212 then 507 fell short of expectations for a 5-star hotel, particularly at €300+ per night.
Room Issues:
* Housekeeping inconsistencies: missing towels, infrequent water/coffee/soap refills.
* Broken fridge door handle (caused a finger injury).
* Persistent noise from the restaurant kitchen and evening entertainment.
* Unacceptably dirty washing machine, even after a complaint.
* Presence of cockroaches in both the original room (212) and the subsequent room on the 5th floor. This raised serious hygiene concerns.
* Unpleasant odors from old furniture, possibly triggering allergies.
Despite the friendly staff, these issues significantly impacted my stay.
I recommend the hotel address these concerns to ensure future guests have a more enjoyable experience.

Sitio tranquilo.
Hotel anticuado, con falta de mantenimiento. En el gimnasio las máquinas eran antiguas y oxidadas. Las mesas del restaurante por la mañana eran sucias y pegajosas de clientes anteriores por la noche. No es comparable con 5 estrellas de verdad.

We loved everything about this hotel. Especially how attentive the staff were and how kind they were to our daughter. The food was delicious, I have allergies and found everything clearly labelled and had no issues finding plenty of options.
The pools were perfect and having an ocean view from them was even better.
I think it would be truly wonderful if they made the rooms, including the balcony areas smoke free. I dont really want to be at such a beautiful location and smelling someone else's awful vlsecond habd smoke.

Very quiet with no entertainment. Some music at dinner but finished by 9pm.

Die Anlage an sich ist super gestaltet. Pool war sehr schön, die Suite in Bezug auf die Aufteilung perfekt. Frühstück und Getränke an der Poolbar waren sehr lecker.
Die Räume als auch die Außenanlagen sind nicht die saubersten/gepflegtesten. (z.B. überall Flusen in den Räumen, Matratzen völlig durchgelegen und wurden auch nach Aufforderung nicht getauscht, Müllbehälter im Gelände liefen über und wurden nicht geleert, Geschirr hat tagelang auf dem Gelände rumgestanden). Das Buffet am Abend war sehr enttäuschend. Außerdem haben die meisten Angestellten nur minimal Englisch verstanden.

- well, I wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel
- it definitely deserves a renovation, some thing at the hotel were old and broken (kitchen things were really old and used and lost their functionalities, hairdryer was awful and broken)
- absolutely awful extra bed with a hole in the middle of a bed
- lunch bistro by a swimming pool was really bad, food deserves to be improved
- bar wasn’t really good as well, barista gave me a cocktail in a plastic broken glass. Cocktails weren’t the best as well, I’d never buy them again.

I loved the hotel as soon as we walked through the doors.
All the staff were lovely and so helpful with everything especially Dennis.
Every evening they helped us with dinner reservations and things to do for the Kids during the day. Hotel 5 star all day long.
The best buffet food I have ever eating in a hotel.
Breakfast lunch and dinner. Lovely.
Perfect walking or driving locations to restaurants and beeches. I will definitely be going back there.

Excellent location - quiet environment, close to the ocean and beach, close to bus stops, supermarkets and hiking opportunities in the surrounding hills.
Rich breakfast, plenty of fruit, seafoods and classic dishes continental breakfast, 2 bottles of mineral water in the room for free every day.
Professional and empathetic staff, services without additional charges.
Powerful silent air conditioning, fully controllable by the guest.
Poor soundproofing in the room. A family with a small child stayed in the adjacent room, who often cried out loudly. Guests in next rooms were constantly awakened by the child's cries during the night and early hours, which is very unpleasant.
The hotel could benefit from some modernization, replacing the worn-out furniture and bathroom fixtures (the bathtub had numerous cracks and showed signs of rust in places).
The mattresses in the bed were modern, but very soft. There was no option for an ergonomic (anatomical, orthopedic) memory foam pillow for guests with neck issues. Many hotels offer free "pillow menu".
For a 5-star hotel, a minibar should be standard. However, the room only had an empty fridge.

Everything - the entire resort is absolutely fabulous! The staff in particular make it amazing and in the restaurant they took such amazing care of my nut allergies, making sure I had my own separate nut free dessert in the evenings. Beautiful sea view room with jacuzzi was incredible!
Everything closes pretty early which is great if you want to totally relax day and night. It’s very quiet (which we found brilliant) it would just be nice to have the option in the resort for a night cap but that’s a totally minor thing :)

The food was excellent both in the evening and the breakfast.
Bathroom could do with a little updating. Didnt like the glass doors in the bathroom that much. These are minor points though.

The meals at the restaurant started from 7pm, which was not great for our young daughter. It would be great to accommodate young children for an earlier dinner start.

Room excellent. Pool and sea view. Jacuzzi bath on balcony a lovely bonus, Breakfast faultless. Tea and coffee making facilities welcome and provision of bottles of water everyday another plus.
two single beds pushed together in room was not ideal but acceptable - however the mattress toppings moved off the bed during the night and on two occasions I nearly fell out of the bed

The beachfront location was wonderful. The hotel is modern, stylish and exceptionally clean. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the food delicious and the staff without exception friendly, kind and helpful.
