Very beautiful, quiet place. There was no extra charge for the dog.

The whole pleasant impression was spoiled by the dirty bathroom and kitchen area. The kitchen faucet was dripping. Since the sink was made of metal, it disturbed my sleep a bit at night. The electronic stove also failed to turn on. About which I informed the owners. Unfortunately, I didn't get help. I had to eat in a restaurant. Cost of stay like a good hotel. But you also have to think about the customers.

Electric heating in the middle of the room on the cable... very old building with not nice smell... problems with electricity....

Perfect location for families with kids. Playarea is nice and large with multiple teampolines and one huge airfilled trampoline.

I am very dissapointed on extremely poor customer service on multiple occasions. First was during the phone call before our arrival to double check on what all is available, when asking about catering the owner says she wont even think to cook for just 4 clients (we were actually 3 but she kept ignoring that) i wanted to invite our extended family for dinner which we obviously decided not to. Then when arriving even after sending them our arrival window, no one was there to greet us, so we had to make a phone call. Then a worker guided us to our cabin. They had left dirty towels in our room. Third experience was the most dissapointing. While some family members came to visit (tops 15min) the owner drove by while rolling down her window and announced there is a 5EUR day usage fee, and she kept demanding it even after I said these guests are here only for 15min max and wont be using any facilities. She just kept saying she charges 5EUR..we just acknowledged her and walked politely away. If you can avoid any experience with the owner lady you might be in luck and have a fabulous experience all in all.
