Tesiste başta çalışanlar olmak üzere tüm olanaklar müthişti. Odalar çok konforlu ve temizdi. Odamızı yükseltmeleri de ayrıca bizleri çok mutlu etti. Kahvaltıya değinmeden geçmek doğru olmaz. Gerçekten çok güzeldi.

Tesiste yemek olanaklarının daha fazla olması gerekirdi. 3 restaurant var ve uzun süreli konaklamalarda yemek konusu problem olabilir. Bir de doğanın içinde olmayı sevmeyen, böcekten vs. korkan biriyseniz havuzlu villalarda kalmayı iyi düşünmeniz gerekir.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, 2 in the garden villa and 1 in sea view villa (definitely seaview villa is much nicer). The best part of this hotel are the people that work there - management team that you see around all the time during breakfast or dinner and they are continuously checking on how you are doing and if you are getting everything you need. And in general all the staff is super helpful with great attention to detail. This hotel has a very cozy calm atmosphere, you simply relax and enjoy your time, no hustle and not overcrowded or any crowded places. Food is very good at this place and served fast as well. It is also very easy to get to the hotel itself, they have very organized transport so you don't have to wait anywhere straight from the taxi to the boat and the boat takes less than 10 min to the island, so if you want to visit the city it was super easy with 2 kids for us. The villas have an authentic style, a very nice but with few slippery areas, myself and kids fell down in a couple of occasions, you just need to be mindful all the time when moving around. It was the only hotel that approached us during our last lunch before the check out to find out what they could do better and we had a nice conversation, they also gave us a lot of gifts upon check out which we really appreciated. In general if you come to this hotel as a family you will enjoy your time and staff will take care of you. Differently visit Z bar it's on the top of the hill and they serve nice cocktails.

Some areas of the hotel are a bit worn out, however it doesn't impact your vacation. Our villa had issues with toilet flushing, however the housekeeping assistant came almost immediately to fix it. There is no kids club, however they do have a full day of activities for kids to keep them busy outdoors. My son was playing football with other kids and made friends for a few days, which was fun.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I forgot Two Pullover es and they arranged a taxi to drop it :)))

Прекрасный завтрак! Контроль качества продуктов на завтраке. Большой выбор свежевыжатых соков и овощей. Вкусная еда в ресторанах в любое время. Отношение к детям. Всегда занимаются с детьми. Разнообразная активная программа в цену проживания включено йога, пилатес, звуковая медитация, тай бокс и др. Действительно интересно и разнообразно. У детей также активная программа включена и есть чем заняться. Терапевты по массажу профессиональны. Очень понравилось действительный контроль со стороны менеджера во всех департаментах! Всегда уточняют и индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю. Все супер. Обязательно вернусь. Для любителей плавания как мы нужно учитывать особенность острова- приливы и отливы. Это не минус это особенность, о которой нужно знать. Кто хочет делать фото на вечернем закате на фоне воды должны учесть и подобрать правильное время. Отель ухоженный, чистый, очень внимательный персонал от работников до менеджеров!
