The hamam was not as hot as it should be.

Be careful with the drinks prices, "apparently" they don't have a menu with the price list so they charge whatever they want. I had a bad experience because I was told one price at the beginning, and at the end of my stay I was charged double. The receptionist just said he forgot the prices. The room had an awesome view but unfortunately, the windows were so dirty. In my opinion is not worth the money.

Dar Hi is located in a wonderful place. The staff is attentive, food is great. All in all a great experience. Can't wait to come back.

This really is an oasis of calm in a real oasis! I was pleasantly surprised that our room was ensuite even though booking.com stated it was a shared bathroom. We had one of the high rooms. There are also lower rooms in a berber troglodyte style. Our room had a very comfy bed, 2 sinks a separate toilet a huge walk in shower with 2 shower heads. The towels were big and fluffy. Pool towels were also provided for the natural pool which we unfortunately didn't have time to try out. We had robes in our room which are suitable for petite people not us lol. We were welcomed with fresh sweet lemon juice and kept supplied with plenty of bottled water. The evening meal was plentiful and delicious. Breakfast was self service and good. The coffee was the best we had in Tunisia. In addition to the bed our room had a large raised bed/sofa area with huge windows overlooking the oasis town. During our stay we went on a 4x4 tour through the desert to various filming locations from the likes of star wars and the English Patient. Although we booked this separately I'm sure the staff here can help you arrange that. The communal areas of the hotel are beautifully designed and very relaxing.

Dinner was served late from 7.30 pm which was not convenient for kids.

Lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner, great very helpful staff, very relaxed vibe all around, and amazing views over Nefta and the desert. Also surprised about the hammam facilities in the middle of the desert!

Very big and hard pillow which gave me a sore neck, and the bed was very low, hard to get out of. Also the AC was not working properly, even when it was cool outside the room itself remained warm and stuffy.

Wonderful, inspiring design of the hotel- rooms.and communal areas. Great view. Great pool.

No kettle in room.and limited beverages/no snacks available during the day.despite what we were lead to believe at check in. Breakfast adequate but expected more at the room.rate price. No lunch offered at hotel.which is a shame as its a great place to hang out all day (and seems to be designed for such) but I'm.not sure what they expect you to do for food?

Cozy and friendly lodge. Small rooms overlooking an oasis in desert with an award winning eco style. Good WIFI. Simple breakfast included with local specialities and organic teas and produce. They also serve simple dinners and natural teas are available for free throughout the day. Price is about Euro 70. They don’t accept credit cards.
