Easy to find late at night after getting off a ferry. Lots of parking, good breakfast. Room was clean and recently decorated.

The hotel was not easy to find but when we got there it was adequate for our needs as we were there to catch a ferry. For a holiday - No.

there was confusion on which ibis it is as there are 2 properties within one compound and they couldn’t find my booking

Very confortable bed, staff was gentle but didn't go the extra mile to solve the issues. Ceramic components in the bathroom were perfectly clean and the wardrobe small but clean

Room was too cramped, needs more space. Please add a fridge in the room. Bathroom furniture have been damaged by water. Please, please, provide softer toilet paper!

The room, breakfast and bed were exceptional. This is one of my favorite Ibis Hotels I ve stayed in. The stuff was very friendly too.

The room we stay is very comfortable and clean.

Too bad the floor in the shower too slippery, so becareful, cause i fall and burst my hand and bump. I hope they can make something to make the floor not slippery. And the swimming pool is under renovation.

Location is perfect for one night stay during a roadtrip. Good parking. Staff is nice and welcoming. The girl at the reception desk didn’t speak English, but we managed to understand each other :) Okay-ish room. Clean bathroom, shower not leaking and with good water pressure and stable temperature. Wifi was working fine (free). Okay-ish breakfast. No omelette or scrambled eggs, no beans or sausages. Typical continental. Good orange juice, mediocre coffee.

The room is dark, usually this is done to conceal the dirt. It wasn’t really dirty, but not clean as we all want it to be.. No bottled water, no fridge, please go to the reception. But.. when I was having breakfast, I’ve noticed two cockroaches on the wall, just a few feet from me! In plain daylight! What the heck is going on in the kitchen then?! Ibis, please do something about it. This is pure luck that I was staying alone, not with my wife. She would have made a disaster out of it (which it is, actually). Maybe even with human casualties. !!!DESINSECT ASAP!!!

Our Check-in host was very good, interacting with us, and giving advice for visit. Breakfast was the reason we chose this hotel, yet it was an additional price on top of being more expensive than other options.
