De kamer was heel rustig, ondanks dat het hotel naast de snelweg ligt. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en hulpvaardige receptioniste. Kamer was schoon. De bedden waren goed. De wifi was stabiel, zodat ik goed op mijn kamer kon werken.
Jammer dat er geen koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer waren. Ik verbleef in het hotel tijdens Rock Werchter. Een groot deel van de gasten was daar zichtbaar geweest (hadden polsbandjes om) en ontbeten laat. Ik vind het vreemd dat dan om 9.00 uur een aantal producten op het ontbijtbuffet al niet meer beschikbaar is.

L'hôtel est situé sur une aire d'autoroute. Il faisait froid en arrivant dans la chambre. La clim chauffe bien mais il faut comprendre le fonctionnement. Pas trop de choix pour le diner à part aller à Burger King.

Staff were really nice.
The location wasn't exactly ideal. I stayed to be closer to the Rock Werchter festival, and during the day this is accessible through public transpo (buses) but during the evening / early morning, it was impossible to get an uber / bolt or taxi. I ended up walking from Leuven station for an hour to get to the hotel.
Some basic things like room slippers are not available. For 160/ night, it was just too expensive to be getting only shampoo and liquid soap (which was also placed outside the shower area and was really inconvenient).

Good location, 7 mins outside of Leuven town. The ibis also has a burger king, Starbucks and a convenience store.
The bathroom was too small. There is no fridge in the room, very inconvenient for tourists.

The room was clean & comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the motorway.
There was no tea or coffee making facilities available but you could order drinks both hot & cold and there was a convenient food store, Burger King and Starbucks self service next door so that was perfect.
The bed was comfortable and spare pillows were provided.
We would definitely use this again for a convenient and reasonably priced stay.
I am allergic to feathers and was set off by the pillows in the room. I should have checked and asked for replacements and most people love the comfort feel of feather pillows so this is not a negative for everyone.

location at first glance a bit strange but actually really easy to get to and walk and bike to town possible, perfect for us.
room quiet despite the very nearby motorway, clean, comfortable.
some deep rumbling in the early hours of the morning from internal machinery
some smell from canalisations when raining, keep the bathroom door closed
possibly a bit cold in the room for some, especially when sitting for a long time, now the weather is turning and heating isn't yet in winter modus.
wifi needs to be reinitialised about once every evening
