Well organised site. Clean and secure with good facilities. Staff were excellent.

Three minor gripes. First, having to go through an inventory listing checking every plate, glass, spoon, dishcloth etc., etc. Secondly, I've never stayed on any holiday location where I've been expected to not just leave the place tidy before departure but to thoroughly clean it (mop, bucket and brushes provided) or be charged against my card more money than the cost of the stay. Thirdly, the bed was a couch during the day and had to be folled out to be the bed at night.

The location was good. You can reach the old town walking. The inside of the studio itself is clean and the bathroom was modern and new. The bed was very comfortable. You get a little kitchen which I didn't use. The room is big for one person, a bit small for 4 persons. I didn't use the camping facilities so I cannot rate them. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't read the fine print, so I did not realize I had to clean the studio before leaving. When you are on vacation, you don't really want to do this. And paying 80 Euros to have it done is not really an option if you stay one night only. Then the cleaning is more expensive than the room. When I left, they could not inspect the room 'due to corona'. This means that I had to trust them to return my deposit fully later on. That left me with a strange feeling. I got back the full deposit though, so no problems there. A friend told me that in Calvi they have quite a good and solid reputation. The outside of the studio building is in poor condition, definitely nothing you would define as nice.
