The set-up of the room was quite nice.

Although well organized to receive the room key we missed a reception.

perfect location, walking distance to the centre; nice, big rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere.

we had a room on the 2nd floor, which had a very small window, so limited natural light. next time I will book a room on the 1st floor.

Communication before arrival, the arrival itself and the reception at the hotel were exceptional! This was followed by the uniquely furnished and designed room.

It would have been even more great if decaf-coffee capsules had been an option.

Staff were excellent, really big comfortable room, huge shower. It’s a 2 or 3 minute walk to Markt square with lots of beautiful cafes, bars and restaurants.

Wooden floors are a bit squeaky but then again it's an old building. It didn't bother me too much.

Really nice property that looks exactly like the pictures. Rooms are spacious and really nicely located near plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars. Katja is a wonderful host who was very accommodating and responsive during communication before our arrival.

I would mention that you can hear some noise from the stairwell and footsteps above from other guests but earplugs are provided.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Very clean, Spacious and a bit quirky. Kevin was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Lovely bathroom, nice big shower and plenty of towels. Black out curtains did help.

The noise from the room above. You could literally hear everything. Every footstep, trying to get to sleep was very difficult and very disappointing for the money we paid. If you're a light sleeper this Hotel is not for you. Way too noisy. The cup of coffee we got for breakfast was way too small, a small pot would be much better.

Starting from the possibility of self check-in (I really got a feeling of coming home late when parents are fast asleep, sneaking in through the back door ;) Location is quite central, but if your room overlooks the courtyard it is so nice and quiet that one can keep windows open. The interior design also adds to the charm of the place. Bathroom is clean and beds are comfortable...

I appreciated that the staff did their best to arrange our stay. Especially Kevin, so nice, professional and kind. He gives us many many tips about maastricht. We were 5 adults and so happy about spending our night at the hotel trash deluxe. The rooms are so originally equiped. And the heart of maastricht really easy to reach by foot. Car park near by, just for 14€ per day. Great stay. We sure come back. Thanks trash deluxe :)
