The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and the water pressure and temperature were great.

The towels are too light and thin.

Was noisy, the staff who was cleaning the room early morning between 7 am and 9 am were super noisy, slamming doors mainly.

Our room was clean and spacious (even if requires a bit of maintenance) The breakfast was nice (especially the waffles). The hotel is well located, not far from Parque 93 and the restaurants.

We organized a transfer with the hotel from BOG airport after a long international flight. The person was supposed to wait at the arrivals. We contacted the driver and the hotel, but no one came. Finally we asked the help of someone at the airport and he accepted to drive us at the hotel. Failure from the hotel to organize the transfer. The electric curtains in room 306 was partially working : one night we were not able to close it - the night after it worked while the morning we could not open it. Could be repaired.

The reception staff were friendly and did accommodate me for late complimentary check out

The breakfast staff were incompetent, rude/unhelpful and just unprofessional. I asked for some tomato ketchup sauce only to be lied to saying they don’t have any and when I said I had it the day before she then suddenly found some to give to me with an unfriendly look. On a separate occasion I ask for boiled eggs and the kitchen staff worker just left the cooked eggs at the front desk only for someone else to pick them up and eat them. Terrible service.

The staff was super friendly and location was great. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfy and had more pillows than I needed, which was great.

Windows didn’t really provided any view being misaligned towards the ceiling. Plenty of light though. This bed was too short, this is a very rare fault.

Well located hotel in a cozy neighborhood near Parque 93. Very good cleaning services. Nice staff. My room was nice, clean and well equipped. It had an expresso machine, a working table and a refrigerator. Breakfast is OK. Neighborhood has lots of nice places to go out, have a beer or a colombian coffee.

the guy at the reception was mean and rough didn’t gave me information when I asked and then I extended my stay and he didn’t let me know they were full it was five minutes before check out that he called me to say they were full

Location and room were great!

No instructions to open/close the curtain blinds, gets too bright before 6am and only found out the next day there was a remote control. Also a bit noisy, the street in front is always busy with people walking by, cars and motorcycles, so beware.
