Kako smo naveli u napomeni kod rezervacije, dobili smo garažu za motocikl, naravno bez nadoplate.
Super lokacija blizu centra grada, dobar doručak, soba sa krasnim pogledom na grad.
U hotelu smo samo prespavali tako da nemamo primjedbi.

Dovrebbe essere rivista la logistica della colazione, magari con 2 distributori di bibite calde, così da evitare la fila davanti ai tavoli, lo spaio c’è.

Stanza moderna, pulita e bella, anche il bagno moderno. Staff amabile. La colazione è buffet per tutti i gusti. Pane, uova, formaggi, salumerie, dolci, yogurt, cereali. Ci ha piaciuto e siamo contenti di avere scelto Hotel Serena.
Peccato, siamo arrivati stanchi ed aspettavamo acqua naturale in camera come tutti gli hotel. Solo quel fatto ci ha dispiaciuto.

They changed our room to the annex and we had to carry our suitcase up to the first floor, as senior citizens it was difficult.

The bed was basically a cot. Not very comfortable or didn’t feel like a true bed. The toilet paper was also very rough.
Overall it was a fine stay though and they have an underground parking garage so if you return late in the day/night there’s enough parking. But I visited mid-June so I’m not sure how the parking there is when they’re fully booked, it’s definitely limited.
Breakfast was fine.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was amazing and had the most spectacular view. We loved our time here and is the perfect gateway to exploring the Dolomites

Grateful for the spacious room upgrade. Bedding was comfortable. Views from the balcony was breathtaking. Could find a space to park even though the car park was small and busy. Appreciated the location, easy walk to the bars and restaurants and set back from the busy road.
Breakfast was average. The eggs and bacon were not kept hot. The cheese and cold cuts were not replenished regularly. There were no fresh fruits. The cakes were nice but healthy options were missing. There were long queues for the coffee machine at busy times. Little chaotic with staff and guests trying to reach behind for tidying up or getting cups and saucers. They need to move it to and get a second one.

The location was perfect. Right near everything and an easy walk to town. Walking trails all around the property. Terrific breakfast. Easy parking. Views from our room were breathtaking.
