Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast, convenient parking for the car, elevator.
The hotel has also a good restaurant, saves the need to go to the city.
Nice view of the mountains.
Some technical issues in the room, solved quickly. A bit old furniture decoration.

It was an excellent one night stay
Everything was great, perhaps electrical sockets could be more visible or we just didn't find it so we unplugged the TV.
But everything else was great. I recomend it.

They have a big terrace outside and did take care on giving me a silent room as I requested.
They do have events going on even during the week days so the loud music can be an issue for you.
And it is far away from city center, should go there only if you are travelling by car.

Breakfast was very good, location pretty quiet, very clean and helpful stuff. I was able to check-in later in the night, about 22:30 with no problem.
A balcony was missing, but it was ok ... they had a lift so it compensated the lack of lift. nothing else bad to say about them.

Great location for everything if you have a vehicle, quiet, great staff, fabulous breakfast, good parking, convenient shop within the grounds for all your needs.

We had breakfast included in a relatively low price
The location of the place is beautiful and it gives you a cozy feeling.
The room was not very wow, but I can't say it wasn't enough for 2 nights of sleeping.
The bathroom was looking nice and it had everything you needed
The hotel' staff was very nice and they helped me with any info.
We had an issue with the climatisation system where it was very cold in the room, we put the mode on Heat, raise the temp to 25 Celsius, but still it was very cols afyer 7 8 hours. We asked the staff about it ans they said that the heat does not work, only the cooling mode ans the only way to heat up was to turn it off. After turning it off, the tdmperature was kinda okay.
Some of the kitchen' staff were grouchy.
