The buffet breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, but small.
We got a lesser room than ordered on arrival as the room we ordered wasn't available. I feel it would of been nice to upgrade us to a better room or at least offer us a discount. We stayed in the lesser room for 2 nights before we were able to move into the room we ordered. Also, there are no cable channels on TV as advertised.

The room is run down. Bedsheets were dirty, not to mention that the bed was hard to sleep on.

The breakfast could be better - the eggs shouldn't be overcooked, and there should be at least some fresh vegetables.

need to do the room maintenance, hose toilet pipe make noisy sound when you press the head button, need to change the wooden curtain as well.

The stay at hotel was nice, Staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. Overall experience was good. Value for money
