Infested with cockroaches!!! Apparently the hotel admitted it’s a problem with the apartments that they can’t get rid of the cockroaches. They obviously aren’t being cleaned well enough either. I obviously complained to hotel when the second morning we woke up to cockroaches on our floor, I have a baby crawling about so it’s just disgusting. They moved us to hotel to a suite which was a lot nicer. I left behind a expensive Gucci hat as I was moving out of the apartments in such a rush and wanted to get my children out of the dirty disease apartments and then the cleaners went in to clean and now obviously the hat has gone. For days this went on no one admitting to finding the hat but obviously it hasn’t magically disappeared. The manager got involved and hasn’t actually done anything about it at all. The cleaners quite obviously stole it. In the hotel, which is a lot nicer than the apartments, our room was infested with Ants. We was on the 4th floor too. When reported to reception they send a cleaner with chemicals to kill them but they just come back as there’s so many. A shame as the room was nice but I suppose ants are better to live with than cockroaches!!! I will not be returning, and will be passing on to everyone i know the cleaners are thief’s and there’s a cockroach problem.

The apartments were in a perfect location within walking distance to Palma Nova/Magaluf and also close to public transport which took us into Palma City. The rooms were very spacious and clean, excellent balcony and facilities. Would definitely return!

I liked everything about our stay. The apartment was very good, well equipped, very clean and the view from the terrace over the bay was just amazing.

Breathtaking views (right on the ocean) in a clean apartment with nice decor. It is conveniently located just a ten minutes walk from the centre of Palmanova - so it is quiet but restaurants and bars are still close. We used breakfast/dinner option sporadically in the adjacent hotel and both were really great.

Wifi worked great on the living room side/balcony but was a bit weak on the bedroom side. A coffee machine would have made the apartment perfect.

Amazing property in a wonderful location in Mallorca. You really can see and even grasp the sea from the window. People are very nice, specially the housekeeping team. Rosi, Paquita and Amparo were so kind and hard working!

There could be more clarity about keys pick up in the check in information. You are supposed to pick up the keys for the apartment 200 meters aways from your room and if you have lots of luggage and you don't know this beforehand it can be really cumbersome. Fortunately, the staff helped.

lack of communication will hotel. they cancelled the breakfasts we had booked and payed for and gave no apology. told us to take it up with Booking.com and gave no explanation. very rude on desk

The view is amazing and the apartment was clean as expected.

Great sea view, comfy beds and daily cleaning service. Fine for 1-2 people short stay. 10 min walk to the tennis academy and the main beach with many restaurants.

Walls are thin, noise carries through, slow wifi, minimal kitchen equipment, small rooms. More a hotel suite than a fully functioning apt.
