Great location, very friendly staff

The attentiveness of the staff can be overwhelming/disruptive sometimes.

the walks to the room was very confusing there should be better access and the access to the beach

Rooms, food and amenities very basic for a 5 star hotel

One positive aspect of the stay was the room itself. The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable, making for a decent night's sleep. However, the partial sea view I booked was not worth the extra cost, as the noise from the nearby shopping malls was constant, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which was advertised as a 5-star establishment, but unfortunately, my experience did not match that rating. Facilities and Condition: The building itself is quite old, and there are numerous renovations happening throughout the hotel, which disrupts the overall ambiance. Despite the 5-star label, the hotel lacks modern facilities. For instance, the room's television did not support basic features like Netflix or casting, which are expected in most contemporary hotels. The hotel doesn't give off a modern or luxurious vibe, with the reception area appearing dated and lacking the sophistication you would expect from a high-end establishment Room Experience: I booked a partial sea-view room, hoping for a relaxing stay, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The noise from the nearby shopping malls was overwhelming, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony. This made me feel that the upgrade was a waste of money. On the second day, I had to request the staff to clean our room, which was surprising given the hefty service fees associated with the hotel Service Quality: The staff, though generally polite, seemed uninformed about basic guest needs, such as renting a bike or offering local recommendations. This lack of knowledge and readiness was quite surprising for a 5-star hotel. I have stayed in other luxury hotels in Seminyak and other parts of Bali, which were not only more affordable but provided far superior service and facilities

Очень приятный отель. Вежливый и веселый персонал.Пошли на встречу с оплатой по приезду и это было решающим моментом в моем проживании в отеле. Завтраки хорошие, маловато фруктов. Ужины великолепны в итальянском ресторане. Заслуживают похвалы. Очень понравились процедуры в СПА. Массаж отличный.

Можно улучшить ассортимент ужинов в основном зале и добавить, хотя бы соки на ужин. А то вода как, то очень скромно для отеля такого уровня.
