It said to pay at hotel the day i arrive but when i got there,they had already charged my credit card.This the only place that said I couldn't pay any other method because they had already charged my card when it clearly said to pay the day i check in. They should wait and ask you when you check in if you'd like to be charged with the card on file or another method. Not make the decision themselves.

The location was great, we had a small balcony which was amazing, the room was very spacious

We had issues with the water getting warm or hot in the shower.

the staff was super nice! they made us feel at home…a tall smiley man (young) was very helpful! LOVED the location…very safe and there’s live music in the area and nice little cafes…a block away from the malecon too!

it’s a bit outdated, but I didn’t mind since a lot of things make up for That!

Low water pressure and the bed frame made a lot of noise.
