WE had the apartment, very spacious. On-site parking and so close to the main shopping hub.

We didn't know there was electric blankets so the first night was very cold as there was no extra blankets.

Didn’t order breakfast.

I think the owners were away. Only saw one person. He was ok. A lot of things missing in our self contained kitchen. Many trips to reception very annoying.

Arrived after check in time. room not finished being cleaned. Had to wait. Have been staying at property once a month for quite a while and normally a pleasant stay. But last couple of times very ordinary.

I booked this motel on 16/2/23 to live in on 21/2/23. This is the second time that I have booked this motel because last time I was very happy with everything. I drove from Sydney to Bairnsdale nearly 10 hours and astonished to find out that this motel has not received my booking through Booking.com. Booking.com was straightaway to confirm my booking on 16/2/23. I showed the confirmation of Booking.com to a young gentleman that I have booked one room for 3 people on 21/2/23. He told me that the motel on that night was full and there was no room left. I told him that I have driven 800km and 10 hours to go to his motel from Sydney. Did we need to sleep in the Street. He said that one of the rooms has not been cleaned. The best he can do was to clean the room himself and told us to come back 1.5 hours. It was very lucky that we could eventually move in. sincerely, I would like to thank him for his great effort to help us.

Great young guy on reception. Easy checking in and quiet place to sleep. Older style accomm but spotless

I liked the willingness of the reception to accommodate my late arrival by telling me the room number, leaving the key under the mat and the check in paperwork in the room.

Horrible experience with Check in. I range the reception and advised that I would arrive around 7pm. The reception told me the room number, and said if I arrive late they will leave the key under door mat. When I arrive at 7pm, no one in reception, no key can be found under door mat, and cannot even find emergency contact. I travelled with family, with a little kid, and two elders. Cannot even thing about where I am going to stay for the night. We left message at their facebook page, finally got someone response, and someone came around 8pm. The guy in reception told me that he got interrupted and forgot to leave the key. This is totally unacceptable.

Very clean all over, neat and comfortable. Has tv and breaky facilities. Clean shower and toilet. Friendly staff.

Pillows uncomfortable Bathroom needs major overhaul As does the entire building and extremely noisy guests in the next room who don’t understand the rules after 10pm and where shocked when at 1am we asked them to shut up

Extremely clean, quiet, comfort and central. couldn’t ask for more for the money.

Breakfast was not included, as previously indicated. However there are at least six great cafes within walking distance as the motel is very centrally located.

Honestly, it was exactly as expected. A simple, straightforward sixties type motel just perfect for an overnight stay on the way back from the coast.
