We all had a great time at this location for our annual trip.

We stayed here on our family vacation (my husband, myself and our 2 grown children and my daughters boyfriend) and were all blown away! This house is equipped with everything you need and then some. All the games and activities kept our family busy and lots of memories made.
Diane was a joy to work with and gave lots of good suggestions of things to do, places to eat and visit.
We will definitely be back to stay.

None of us had ever been to the Santa Fe area. We spent five days and had an amazing time. We were very happy with the information we received from Diane and used many of her recommendations. We were not disappointed . The property was in a very good location for the things we wanted to see and do. Finding our way around was easy.

We were very pleased with not only the location, but all the property offered. Quiet, clean, outdoor space to enjoy and a nice comfortable indoor accommodation. The host was lovely and very helpful as well as flexible with our check out time. We look forward to our next visit!

Every year I come to NM to visit family. This year my brother and his family came out from Texas...everything was absolutely perfect about this home and comfortable.

Our family of four, including boys ages 9 & 11, and my husband's in-laws all enjoyed our Thanksgiving week here. Boys loved the toys and outside games. The nearby bike pump track was great for our kids (we brought our bikes). Kitchen worked great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner.

The house was lovely - very clean and complete with everything you might need during your stay like extra toiletries, blankets, games(indoor and outdoor). The house was quite spacious and had great outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining. The house was a quick drive into Santa Fe and to grocery stores and any other store you might need (Target, Walmart)The host was responsive and provided great information and tips for those who are new to the area regarding the climate and areas of interest. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!!

Well equipped house with lots for kids to do.
Loved the outdoor space, where we spent most of our time. A bigger outdoor dining table would be good, as we didn't really eat indoors.
Good communication with host throughout.
Liked the gift basket and toiletries as well.

Diane is a wonderful hostess. She communicates very well with her clients. The house is very clean, had everything that we needed and the outdoor space is wonderful (although it was too cold to really use when we were there). The only reason that I gave the property a 4 instead of a 5 is that it could use some updating of furnitureand bedding. It is however, a really great property .

This house is perfect for young children, with a huge fun- filled backyard and lots of toys and room to play upstairs. The host was very accommodating with a welcome basket and gifts upon arrival which were very much appreciated.

A nice home and could be a wonderful rental. The home lacked basic upkeep. There were years of landscape lighting and furniture on the property that were no longer in use that long ago needed to find their way to the trash. I found myself straightening and fixing instead of just enjoying. Yes it could use updating but a quick walk around (and clean up) would make the property very presentable.

Convenient location and great to have the open space in the back yard. Appreciated the basket of goodies and the recommendations about where to eat close by.
Suggestions: would appreciate instructions on where recyclables go. Consider consolidating all notes into binder and urge guests to read binder at beginning of visit. Repair/clean/replace roof over gazebo. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The back yard is great. Our son enjoyed playing all the games at the house including shuffleboard which he's never played. Diane is an amazing host with some nice credits to her name you will find throughout the house and kudos to her son in the armed forces. The house is spotless with no dust, hair or dirt anywhere in the house. This is a nit pic, but it would be nice if the accessories were a little more up to date such as doorknobs and hinges switched to something other than brass, faucets updated and kitchen appliances updated. Our house was built in 1996 and I know the pain of updating these items but it's well worth the investment.

Great Girls Getaway
Loved our time in Santa Fe and this home is perfect for a group of 5 ladies celebrating birthdays. All amenities were above and beyond. Diane is a perfect hostess. We relaxed each morning, toured the area each day, and returned to our home and enjoyed the backyard patio. Thanks Diane, we loved our week long stay!

Great Home and Host!
This home is wonderful. It's spacious, well stocked, clean, and in a good quiet neighborhood. It's about a 15 minute drive to the Santa Fe Plaza area. Everything about the home is comfortable. Diane is a great host as well. I highly recommend this home!

A stitch in time
We abruptly found ourselves (3 older couples) without a timeshare we were depending on for a week’s rental. This property accommodated us on very short notice with great hospitality in a lovely 3 bedroom, two and a half home with many conveniences. The location is south of downtown, but with ample food shopping and restaurants nearby. It is only a short drive to the plaza area and very quiet. We were entirely satisfied with our stay and grateful for the owner’s quick response to our needs. It is a perfect house if you enjoy preparing some of your meals - every tool uou might desire.

Wonderful property with 3 great bedrooms and baths. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean. Loved the backyard and games- we played all afternoon after a great visit in the historic area of Sante Fe. Also enjoyed the recommendations for local area restaurants nearby. Would recommend.

Santa Fe Beat the heat!
We rented this property to escape the heat in Texas. And play some golf. The owner Diane was a great communicator and gave us a list of places to see while in Santa Fe. The house was very clean and lots of windows for light. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the backyard patio.

Wonderful Home
This home is well cared for and is right on the golf course. One bedroom downstairs with a shower and jacuzzi. Two bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. The backyard has been converted into a putt-putt course which is lots of fun. The backyard is very relaxing with chairs, tables, and many different games.

The house is 100% as described - down to the backyard shuffleboard and putting green. There was literally everything you need to cook your own meals. The beds were comfortable, and loved that this was obviously a house that the owners adore. Host was very communicative and gave perfect instructions on checking in and out. Loved our stay!

This was the perfect home for my family to meet and stay at. Diane was awesome communicating with us and was very accommodating! Great backyard to relax and just enjoy playing games, eating and relaxing! We will definitely stay there again if we get out that way in the future.

Amazing Family Location!
We had an absolutely amazing time staying here! The home is very clean and inviting, and the outdoor area was the perfect space to keep the whole family entertained for hours! Diane was the best host, and even had a birthday cake, small gifts and the house decorated for my wife’s birthday! This gorgeous home is a must stay for a family visiting Santa Fe!

Fantastic Stay & Host
Title says it all- our stay was great. Diane communicated with me from booking until check out, taking the time to customize our stay by accommodating games to leave out for my children- to snacks and drinks she graciously left at the house for us. The house is spacious, clean, and entertainment friendly. Diane really takes pride in her home and making the stay as enjoyable as possible. Before we even got to the house she provided suggestions for things to do in the area and know ing that we were coming to ski- she provided insight into the the local ski areas. Our first trip to Santa Fe was a great success, thanks Diane!

Our family loved staying here. We arrived late and were greeted with a basket of snacks and cold drinks and a sweet note from the owner. Our kids loved playing in the back yard. We had a wonderful time.

A Wonderful Place to Stay
We rented this house on our recent family vacation to Santa Fe. This house was everything we could have hoped for and then some. The house itself was perfect for our family (kids upstairs at night and us with the downstairs to our selves). But when you add in the amazing back yard set up and golf course views it takes this property to the next level! We spent every night on the patio with take out so our kids could enjoy the back yard and we could enjoy the perfect Santa Fe weather.
Diane went out of her way to take care of us during our stay. She was quick to respond and super friendly. We would 100% stay here again and it would be our first choice on our next trip to Santa Fe

Great stay with lots of room
We stayed here because close to family who live here in Santa Fe. For us good location with good room to spread out when needed. Diane had muffins and cold drinks in refrigerator waiting for us which was nice. Great communication with Diane. Will consider this property again when we visit again.

Beautiful Home!
We had such a great time in this home! Diane left some welcome treats which was so nice after a long drive in town! Beautiful views of the mountain and quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to get to from downtown to the mountain for skiing! We will for sure recommend this home to our friends and plan another visit.
