The breakfast was excellent. The host served us a local food. The place is absolutelly breathtaking. Nice nature, swimming pool and very comfy rooms. This place will take your heart. I hope, we'll come again one day.

Great location for exploring Tuscany, great host (good advices for exploring and restaurant recommendation), excellent breakfast, nice clean pool. Possibility for charging your EV.

Very cosy atmosphere. Love that you can go grab your own vegetables in the garden. Close to the city Cortona where there is a lot of really really greats restaurants.
A little cold inside the houses if you plan to stay in the fall - just remember to pay extra for heat.

Very good location, excellent service and beautiful area, interesting cities around. Very good recommendations from owner for buying local products and seeing local spots. Definately worth another visit.

Breakfast was amazing! Antonella made us a lot of food, with very healthy options. She even prepared some gluten free things for one of us who is intolerant to gluten.
The place is beautiful, with great views. Amazing swimming pool. There is also a pin pon table.
Furthermore, Antonella recommended us great places to go for food, or wine tasting.

The views were great . There is an excellent barbecue area and a lovely pool . Very family friendly . It was great picking our vegetables from the kitchen garden
It is a rural location so you need to drive for shopping restaurants etc . The roads aren’t too bad but you are less likely to go out in the evening .
On the whole equipment great but the sofa in the kitchen could do with an upgrade . Bedrooms fine but only other room is kitchen so could be a bit tight with 4 people . On the other hand you spend most of the time outdoors and there are plenty of seating areas .
